Kelly Osbourne is evidently the one who wears the pants in the family… at least from the looks of her fiance’s latest modeling work.  Luke Worrall, who is, in fact, a model, posed for the inaugural issue of Candy, “the first fashion magazine dedicated to cross dressing.”  The magazine was launched last month in London.

Luke, who is billed as Miss Lucy Worrall, looks quite pretty in a pink dress and pearls.   Someone needs to learn to sit in a more ladylike fashion while having her nails done, though…
