Divorce Settlement – Jon Gosselin Is SO Screwed (I LOVE It!)

Jon Gosselin smokes a cigarette

Mark Momjian who is Kate Gosselin’s lawyer is now more of a hero than anything else.  The man knows how to do his job, really well.

Today Jon Gosselin and Kate Gosselin are officially divorced. (Yay!)  Now it is time for Jon to pay the piper.  Yes, Jon Gosselin will be paying a five figure sum in child support every month and he was charged for the $235,000 he took from their joint bank account.  Kate doesn’t have to pay any of it back, everything she withdrew was for the kids.  Woot woot!

Jon doesn’t have a job.  Jon can’t get a job because TLC has court orders that won’t allow him to make any appearances.  That is Jon’s fault, 100%.

I hope that Jon enjoyed his time in the spotlight as the ‘ladies man‘ while it lasted.  Those days are over.  To top it all off with some sweet justice, Kate Gosselin got primary custody of the kids and Jon will only have visitation.

Kate and the kids will stay in the house.  This time justice was served and I couldn’t be happier.  Now Kate can get on with her life.  I hope that the kids will be able to adjust and feel ‘normal’ again soon.

I’m glad that this is finally over for them, maybe now they can get their lives in order. Jon got what he deserved, he thought he could play around with women and still make everyone believe he was the perfect father. The later episodes proved that he really didn’t care that much. I only hope that the kids don’t realize that and still love their father, no child should feel unloved. Good luck to Kate.

I bet this will get him thinking he should have thought smarter and been more of a real man and been there for his family…He is such a loser!

Always the man gets the shaft. Where’s all the money from the books Kate? Where’s the money she took from the “Joint” account that she didn’t put back? Why was Jon silenced? Because he talked to other networks. Didn’t kate go on Good Morning America? It’s okay, she is the wounded woman. What about Kate degrading her husband every episode in front of millions of people? I’m pretty sure I wouldn’t stand for that either! I think Jon was wronged in this marriage. He should get at least 1/2 of the book rights. What a crock of S….!

I agree with what a crock. Why should Jon have to pay any alimony if she has all THEIR money from the show and the book deals? So on top of the money he has to return, he has to pay additional child support. That doesn’t seem very fair! Kate and her kids have more than enough money and pretty much everything paid for by some sponsor. If their situations were reversed all of you would still be sympathetic to Kate even if she obviously cheated on Jon. Saying woot, woot, and you go girl BS! What a bunch of hypocrisy! People should she see Kate as what she really is, an evil succubus that shouldn’t be allowed to continue making tons ca$h on her situation and their kids!

Like crock said, what a crock of S….!

Its not a good thing Kate got full custody, she is just as bad a parents if not worse than John. Those kids should be taken away COMPLETELY. Kate is full of lies, plastic surgery and she is Fake. John is a douch. GET THE PICTURE ITS NOT JUST HIM.

This is so not fair. Even Phil Collin’s did not pay with everything he had. He paid only half of what he got with his most recent divorce. There definitely seems to be some kind of racial biasness here.
