Hayden Wright – Drunk 4 Year Old Wanders Streets & Steals Presents In TN (VIDEO)
A little boy named Hayden Wright (4) was seen wandering in the streets in the middle of the night, drinking beer and wearing a little girl’s dress, stealing presents from the neighbor’s houses!

It just doesn’t get much worse than that. How sad. That mother should have custody taken from her. To think what could have happened to that little boy….
