Charlie Sheen was arrested in Aspen Colorado yesterday (December 25) for felony second degree assault, felony menacing and criminal mischief, a misdemeanor after his wife, Brooke Mueller called 911, claiming he attacked her.

After being booked, Charlie Sheen posted his $8,500 bond and was released from the Pitkin County jail.

Now we find out that Brooke Mueller was wasted at the time of Charlie Sheen’s arrest.  He had a BAC of .04 and Brooke’s was .14.  Yikes.  Brooke also confessed that before Sheen’s hearing that her allegations were false.

Charlie SHeen claims he was only defending himself from his pissed off, drunk wife.  I believe him. We will have to wait until February 8 to see what the judge thinks.  I think that Charlie’s lawyer, Richard Cummins will be able to get Charlie out of this mess, that along with Brooke’s recanting.  Charlie Sheen will come out okay in this dispute.
