TMZ is reporting that Charlie Sheen’s wife, Brooke Mueller isn’t cooperating with police anymore.  She is done talking and won’t give any further information.  See the domestic violence scandal details HERE.

Arnold Mordkin, a Chief Deputy D.A. who runs the Aspen office, told TMZ he has not seen the police reports yet, but, “Generally speaking, our office files charges when police make an arrest.”

Charlie Sheen will likely be charged on his next court date, February 8, 2010.  BUT, Mordkin also stated that ”It is not uncommon where a victim in the throws of an event says some things and thereafter the story seems to change.” AND, this is the kicker… ”I often file [criminal charges] against someone who falsely accuses someone.”

So, that could be Charlie Sheen’s saving grace.  I have a feeling that Brooke Mueller is full of BS and that is why she has quit talking.  She can’t keep her own story straight.  I hope that is Sheen is innocent, that the D.A. will see through it and charge Brooke Mueller instead.
