All of the chaos between Charlie Sheen and his soon-to-be ex-wife, Brooke Mueller started BEFORE the Christmas Day arrest. Brooke moved out of their Los Angeles home in November and stayed at the Beverly Wilshire for five days, then ended up renting a home in Aspen, Colorado.  Charlie Sheen wanted to spend the holiday with his wife and the twins, so he went to Aspen.  While he was there, Brooke told Charlie that she wanted a divorce, and that is when he allegedly pulled the knife on her and choked her out.  (Details HERE)

This new information definitely gives it all a new spin.  I will be very curious to see how the judge sees things when Charlie is in court on February  8, 2010.  I don’t think it’s going to be good.
