Cookie Diet inventor, Sanford Siegal says he is suing  Kim Kardashian for the comments she made about his weight loss plan on Twitter.

Siegal filed a lawsuit in Florida’s 11th Judicial Circuit in Miami-Dade County.  The court papers claim statements Kardashian allegedly made on Twitter in October could ultimately cause Siegal and his company tens of millions of dollars in damages.

Here’s what Kim had to say,

“Dr. Siegal’s Cookie Diet is falsely promoting that I’m on this diet. NOT TRUE! I would never do this unhealthy diet! I do QuickTrim!” and “If this Dr. Siegal is lying about me being on this diet, what else are they lying about?”

Apparently the Cookie Diet site has some links on it that insinuate that Kim’s is a Cookie Diet user.  That is NOT the case.  Dr. Cookie Diet is pissed,

“When I saw her derogatory comments about my diet and my character, I knew we had no choice but to take action.  Disparaging someone’s product while surreptitiously hawking someone else’s in the same breath is, to use Kim’s words, ‘not cool!’”

All I know is that you can’t use Kim Kardashian’s name in any way if you’re not in contract with her.  She can and will take you down.  I think the Cookie Diet is doomed and Quick Trim is going to get a HUGE boost! Ha!  Happy New Year!
