Lindsay Lohan was in Gustavia harbor in St. Barth yesterday, continuing her New Year’s partying.  This time she was flaunting her stickly figure, wearing nothing but a tiny, black bikini with a red scarf.  Oh, and don’t miss the tacky shoes.  Everyone else is wearing flip flops, but not our sexy Lilo.  She’s gotta bring the ‘sexy’ everywhere she goes.
