Washington Wizards’ Gilbert Arenas and his teammate, Javaris Crittenton are sticking to their guns, insisting that the whole gun incident was just a prank.  Ha!  Sorry, couldn’t help the play on words.

D.C. Detectives are interviewing the NBA stars, then will take the case to the grand jury.  Arenas and Crittenton could be charged with criminal assault as well as weapons charges.

The grand jury could see the case today (January 4), and if not, very soon.

I still can’t believe this happened at all.  The Washington Wizards as well as the NBA as a whole, needs to crack down on this immediately.  Even if that means searches before entering the locker room.  I mean really, what kind of douches pull guns on each in a professional locker room on Christmas Eve and then claim ‘prank’…. those weren’t water guns boys.
