When I was a kid, I had a book called The Saggy Baggy Elephant. I loved that book. And it’s what immediately came to mind when I saw this picture.  Who needs to find a better fitting bikini bottom?  Find out after the jump!

It’s Kate Moss!  You’d think a model would be more conscientious about what she wears, but maybe when she’s not working she doesn’t care.   Kate was spotted on vacation in Thailand with her boyfriend Jamie Hince.  They looked like they were having fun!  Maybe, though, when she goes shopping for swimsuit that fits, she can pick up some new clothes for him, too.  Egads.
