Lady GaGa was in Las Vegas yesterday donning a whole new look...I know, how is that possible? Well, look at that “hat”! It’s 100% her hair! Who knew that hair could do that?! I am amazed. I really thought that Lady GaGa would never be able to surprise me when it comes to fashion.
