Paris Hilton is about to be engaged.  She and her man, Doug Reinhardt are ready to take that next step into wedded bliss.

“I think in the next year you can see something happen.  We are going to Brazil for Valentine’s Day for Carnivale and I have a few tricks up my sleeve,” Doug reveals to OK! at Jamie Foxx’s Grammy Party.

Paris is head over heels in love with Doug, “only guy I have ever spent Valentine’s Day with.  He is always very romantic and he makes everything special for me.  I love just cuddling in bed and watching a movie and cooking dinner, or ordering food in and its more fun than gong out to a club. I would rather be alone together.”

Well talk about romantic.  Doug is taking Paris to Brazil for Valentine’s Day, ‘tricks’ up the sleeve?  Hmmm, I see a HUGEEEE rock in Paris’ near future!
