Conan O’Brian is being hosed by NBC (detail here) and is now facing a very difficult decision.  Due to the fact that NBC is in breach of contract, the ball in completely in Conan’s court.

JAY LENO RIPS NBC FOR SCREWING CONAN O’BRIEN (VIDEO)

He has three choice here:

1- He could just make NBC happy (which I hope he doesn’t) and take the 12:05 time slot, therefore protecting Jay Leno from a ratings collapse if Conan turned into competition.

2- Conan could walk away from NBC for four years.  Not do any shows and eat up the rest of his contract with NBC worth $80 million.  NBC has to pay Conan off the rest of his contract if he doesn’t go to another network.

3- This is my choice for Conan.  He can go to FOX or ABC, which I know that FOX is already very interested in Conan O’Brien, hello!  They have brains over there! Anyhow, Conan can essentially screw over NBC by becoming the competition.  He would get an 11:00 time slot on FOX, beating NBC by 30 minutes each night, and if FOX doesn’t meet or beat his contract $$ with NBC, NBC has to pay to remaining amount.  So, Conan won’t lose a cent.  NBC will lose a great guy and money.

I hope Conan leaves NBC.  They are terrible.  I still can’t believe they have pulled this crap!

Rachel Zoe is causing a stir and not because of some glorious fashion design.  The 38-year old stylist is concerning many with her rapid weight loss.  She was in St. Barts this week where her tiny figure was revealed. Us Weekly talked to the pros.

Even the doctors are expressing grave concern for Rachel Zoe’s well being,

“When one is that thin and gets sick, it is incredibly easy to die, and not to be able to fight off any infection because there are no nutrients in the body to help her immune system,” says Dr. Fred Pescatore, who penned The Hamptons Diet. “She looks like she has an eating disorder.  One can see every rib and her arms are smaller than twigs.”

He continued that Rachel Zoe is at risk for stomach cancer, loss of her teeth and hair, Osteoporosis, and hello!, death.  How scary is that?

Sadly, Rachel Zoe is in complete denial that she has an issue at all.  This is not unusual, people with eating disorders live in denial.

“Truthfully, I’ve never seen myself as being too thin,” she has said. “Sometimes I’ll look at photos and be like, ‘Oh, that’s not a good look.’ But generally speaking, I’m not too thin.”

It’s really sad.  I hope that someone is able to get through to her before it’s too late.  Rachel Zoe is too young to die for this.  What do you think?  Look at the ‘before and after’ photos.  She has lost so much weight!

Ali Landry turned out on Friday for the Active For Life charity auction at the Warner Drive Studio in Culver City.  Ali didn’t look like she was ready to work out, but she looked great!   She matched her handbag to her toenail polish!  How’s that for attention to detail?

The event benefitted the March of Dimes.   Bravo to Ali and everyone else who did good for the cause.

Essence is taking all kinds of crap for putting New Orleans Saint Reggie Bush on their February 2010 cover.   Many readers are unhappy that a black women’s interest magazine would feature a man who dates outside the race for the cover of the  “Black Men, Love and Relationships” issue.   Check out the arguments here to see just how some sisters feel about Reggie, not to mention his on-again, off-again girl Kim Kardashian. The Real Housewives of Orange County is about to change.  Tamra Barney is going through and ugly divorce.  Her husband, Simon Barney filed divorce papers which read,

Last night, Conan O’Brien continued the jabbing at NBC for being morons by screwing over both Conan and Jay Leno.  (Details HERE)  In his opening monologue he said that NBC has “come up with a new idea…having him follow Jay Leno…” um, yeah…it was hilarious.  Conan has been mocking NBC for years, it’s a running joke.  Now it’s personal.
