Heroes star, Adrian Pasdar (Senator Nathan Petrelli) was busted for DUI early this morning.  Pasdar was driving erratically on a Los Angeles freeway.

HEROES HAS BEEN CANCELED – DETAILS

Pasdar was arrested at 2:59 AM, he was going more than 90 mph on the 405 Freeway in L.A. where he was “failing to maintain his lane.”  The cops could smell the booze on his breath, but he refused to take the breathalyzer test.  That translated into his $15,000 bail down at the jail house.

I guess his super powers of flying didn’t work in real life?

Washington Wizards’ Gilbert Arenas was formally booked on January 26 for the gunslinging incident (details here) and TMZ is sharing the lovely mug shot.  Arenas pled guilty back January 15 to one felony count of carrying a pistol without a license  and will be sentenced on March 26.

His pal, Javaris Crittenton was just charged with two misdemeanors for the incident.

Andrew Garcia was my first fave on American Idol last night and Chris Golightly was my other one. He’s got such a touching story and a great voice. This guy went through 25 different foster families since the age of 18 months old. Wow. And look at him. He’s still going strong and has so much to look forward to now that he has landed in Hollywood.

American Idol auditions were in Los Angeles this week and my fave of the night was Andrew Garcia.  This guy has amazing pipes.  I honestly believe that even if he doesn’t go all the way on Idol, he will land a record deal.  This guy is a jaw dropper.

Garcia has of a band called The Adrian William Project in from Moreno Valley, California.

Nothing could thrill me more this morning as I got my dose eye candy on the cover of GQ Magazine.  Johnny Depp is topless and tasty on GQ Feb 2010 cover.  He is of course considered one of the top 25 most stylish men and you can help decide the winner of this title here.

Famed photog, Patrick DeMarchelier captured Depp for this cover shot and we all can’t help but drool a little…

“Johnny Depp’s a unicorn — a really glamorous, one-of-a-kind eccentric,” Barney’s New York’s creative director Simon Doonan told the mag.  ”He wears great man jewelry. He doesn’t shy away from color. He’s always peeking through his amazing hair. It doesn’t matter if Johnny Depp’s lying in a ditch — he’s always going to look incredible.”

This morning the internet is buzzing and gawkers are frantically looking for these nude/topless pictures of Jersey Shore’s Jenni Farley.  These topless photos will surface soon and it sounds like the guys over at Playboy have already seen them.  I just heard that Jenni Farley has been offered $200,000 to take all her clothes off again for Playboy.  I would be surprised if she said no.  Standby people, more Jenni Farley skin is on the way.

If I just had to guess, I would of course think the Johnny Depp would top this list since he is The Sexiest Man Alive and is currently making fabulous movies for our viewing pleasure.  But alas, Johnny Depp is in 2nd place on this poll.  Clint Eastwood landed the top spot in spite of the fact that he hasn’t been in a movie in over a year.

Mel Gibson stars in the new movie Edge of Darkness, “an emotionally charged thriller set at the intersection of politics and big business.”   Mel gets thrown around in this movie about as much as he has in the past, but this time, he says, it’s different.

“It’s getting harder. You wake up the next day like road kill, even though it’s just pretend fighting. Having some 25-year-old guy jamming you into walls and stuff wreaks havoc with your lumbar. I usually book a chiropractor in advance because you know it’s gonna suck.”

I’m pretty sure it would suck to be pretend beat up at any age, but at 54, I’m sure Mel’s feeling it plenty. Edge of Darkness opens on January 29th.  Check out the trailer here.

There is a reboot of Mortal Kombat in the works from Warner Brothers.

Bloody Disgusting received word that Warner Bros. Pictures has been looking to redo Mortal Kombat with Oren Uziel in talks to write. Based on Midway’s popular 1992 video game, the franchise follows the best fighters from around the globe who are summoned to an island to compete in a tournament whose outcome will determine the fate of the entire planet. Uziel’s Shimmer Lake made the 2009 black list, which features the best unproduced screenplays around Hollywood. Johnny Cage was modeled after Jean-Claude Van Damme. No word on the progress of the remake, but we’d like to see a hard “R” version with some actual f*cking fatalities.

Why they want to make another version of this video game movie is beyond me, I can’t even try to be interested in seeing this.
