Skier Lindsey Vonn might have just won Olympic gold in Vancouver, but her latest accomplishment might be even more exciting.  The double gold medal winner has landed a bit role on her favorite TV show, Law & Order.

Lindsey will play a jury foreman in an upcoming episode. However, she is so “obsessed” with the NBC drama that she claims she “would have played a corpse just to be on the show.”  She would have made a great looking corpse, but this is much better, no?  Congrats on all counts, Lindsey!

I’d expect nothing less than fabulous attire at the Costume Designers Guild Awards, and the stars did not disappoint.  Here are three of my favorites.  Jayma Mays‘ dress could fit her better,  but the color is fantastic and looks great with her hair.  Kristen Bell looks like a golden flapper girl.  She did exactly right by not trying to accessorize and just letting the dress speak for itself.  And newly-engaged Minka Kelly seriously rocks her dress; I love the corset detail and the texture.  You go, girls!

James Franco is the face of Gucci by Gucci Pour Homme fragrances, and he’s all wet in a series of ads for their latest addition to the fragrance line.  Gucci by Gucci Sport Pour Homme “captur[es] the healthy, active aspects of the Gucci man’s lifestyle” and

was inspired by the power of the ocean and includes notes of bitter grapefruit, mandarin, cypress, aromatic cardamom, the fruity nectar of Corsican figs, juniper berries, vetiver, patchouli, ambrette seed.

Gucci Creative Director Frida Giannini said that Franco is “perfect” for the fragrance because he

“personifies the sort of nonchalance and unforced appeal that is most attractive in a man. While in the advertising campaign, he captures the fragrance’s casual, modern and masculine air.”

To be perfectly honest, I think James looks a little scary.  Maybe it comes across better in print.

Rihanna has styled herself a pretty bad girl lately, but she’s all cute and girlish on the cover of the Hungarian edition of Glamour for March 2010.   Ri-Ri looks fresh, happy, and vibrant here… perfect imagery to go with that “100% Springtime” headline.

Well this is  huge bummer. TMZ is reporting that Paula Abdul turned down the offer from Dancing With The Stars.  So, I guess you can cross her name off the cast list (here) for this tenth season.

Perhaps Paula wants to be 100% dedicated to helping Simon Cowell bring X-Factor to the U.S.?

Kim Kardashian was celebrating the launch of her new fragrance at TAO Nightclub at the Venetian Resort Casino in Las Vegas.  How hot does Kim look here?  Can you say classy dominatrix?  Yes, that’s Kim K for you!  I can’t help but really want to smell this new scent she’s launching.  Kim’s got a way of making everything hot…be it a Carl’s Jr salad or her Quick Trim miracle diet.

Lady Gaga was spotted at Mr Chow restaurant in London, wearing a see-through plastic dress with a silver lobster on her head following the final London date on her Monster Ball tour.

I have seen oh so many looks on Lady Gaga, but this one has to take the cake.  The see-through, plastic “dress” with that crazy lobster….um, I have no words?   Do you?

NBA Minnesota Timberwolves‘ Al Jefferson was busted  at 1:08 AM by the State Patrol on a charge of fourth degree driving while impaired.

Jefferson was booked at the Hennepin County Jail and later released at 3:19 AM, according TMZ.

Jefferson was pulled over for speeding, but failed field sobriety and blood tests.  He will be back in court on April 23.

Janice Dickinson can’t seem to find a man the ‘normal’ way.  So she’s going to have a dating reality show for herself to find one.  Yes, she knocking off The Bachelor to find a man.

I am pretty sure she will make a bunch of young men slave for her cougar style until she picks the ripest boy toy in the bunch.  Right now the show has no network, but Janice is working with Wikked Entertainment on the show already.

Maybe they should call up VH1.  They are willing to do just about anything aren’t they?
