Alex McCord CUT From Real Housewives NYC
The Real Housewives of New York City will be back for it’s third season on March 4. But, there is bad news for husband and wife, Alex McCord and Simon van Kempen fans. It looks like this is the end of the road for them.
The New York Daily News reports that source say, “Viewers don’t have a positive reaction to them, so they’re easily replaceable at this point. No details have been released about next season.”
Apparently Simon threw a “hissy fit,” the moment he discover he wasn’t being compensated as well as other stars.
“Also, they don’t really fit in with the other wives,” said the mole. “All of the other women’s story lines have interwoven, yet Alex and Simon have kept theirs separate. It isn’t nearly as interesting as the other Housewives. Simon wants to be an equal on the show, but that doesn’t really make any sense to Bravo. After all, he’s not a ‘Real Housewife,’ now is he?”
No, Simon is NOT important and both of them are very replaceable in my opinion. What’s your take? Will you miss them?

I’d prefer if they left…let them carry on their pretentious little play in private. Alex just seems to rehearse every comment and movement… Won’t miss their poisonous little boys either.
I love Alex and all three of her boys. She and Bethenny are my favorites because they add a flavor the others don’t. Alex is confident and self assured; she’s not easily flustered or intimated by the other women. She has a poise and grace that, well, you’d think LuAnn would possess – but sadly doesn’t. Hopefully Alex and Simon won’t be leaving the show, because I will really miss them. And hey, I intend to buy their book!
Bravo should leave Alex alone think real hard about getting rid of COUNTLESS!
Say good-bye to Jill Zarin (Ms Amazongate).
I actually like Alex & her fam. I think it would be a big mistake to get rid of them. Jill or the Class-less Countess should go-I wouldn’t miss them!
I love alex! and bethenny!! if they get rid of anyone it needs to be kelley! She is psycho! and just plain annoying.. i hate watching her! I love watching bethenny and alex! oh and Ramona too!! GO TEAM BRAS! (bethenny, ramona, alex, and sonja) =D

I like Alex especially this season. Crazy Kelly should be the one to go. Her rants that make no sense can get old really fast.
JILL MUST OF PLANTED THIS STORY. IT SOUNDS LIKE THE WRITER IS A FRIEND OF HERS. I GUESS YOU GOT SMAKED!! EVERYONE LOVES ALEX AND WE CAN’T STAND KELLY AND JILL HAS TURNED OUT TO BE A BIG DISAPPOINTMENT. HER JEALOUS BEHAVIOR WAS AWFUL TO WATCH ALL SEASON. GET YOUR FACTS STRAIGHT, WE LOOOOOOVE ALEX!!!!

i really enjoyed watching alex and am glad she stood up for herself against jill. jill on the other hand was a real dissappointment this season. and i always enjoy ramona. go bras!
I don’t feel this story is real either. The worst housewife is JealousJill. She ruined the entire show for me and all of her lies. The REAL Jill came out because she finally admitted she changed on the reunion this season. It could be Bobby’s business isn’t doing too well because they’re selling their apartment and also had sold their East Hampton house.
Why was she constantly saying, “She’s sorry?” How about her book…no sales.
Bethenney is great and getting out the truth, and there’s no way she will ever be friends with her again.
Re: Kelly…? Bravo shouldn’t keep her. She is mentally unstable, and I don’t think that would be fair for her family or anyone else. She should be made to go into some kind of hospital for awhile.

I love Alex. Who votes on this stuff. I love Simon too. They seem so funloving and in love with each other. They don’t flaunt themselves or act ridiculous like Jill & Kelly. I can’t stand watching that train wreck Kelly. Keep Alex, Simon, & Sonya.
