Heidi Montag wasn’t finished with Playboy when she did her first pictorial.  Nope, she had to go and get 10 plastic surgeries at once to perfect her body before she could show it all to us.

Heidi Montag has reportedly been offered $500,000 for round two in Playboy.  This time she will be uncovering those DDD boobs she just got.

“Heidi loves her new body, but she’s especially happy about her breast implants,” her friend explains. “She could use the money, and she’s finally ready to pose topless, so she is negotiating with the magazine.”

This is not at all surprising really.  Well, I am a tad surprised that Heidi is doing it so soon.  But, here she comes folks.. this time NAKED.
