It’s New York Fashion Week, and Kelly Osbourne stepped out in a slinky, low-cut, bra-revealing black leather mini dress for the launch of The Keith Haring by House of Field Paradise Collection.  Oh my god, she looks incredible!  Her stint on Dancing With The Stars really did her good, huh?  She says:

‘I was expecting to put on weight after the show, but I’ve actually lost a few more pounds. I think my metabolism is just faster now.’

Keep it up, Kelly!  Just stay healthy while you’re at it, huh?
