Tenley Molzahn Is OUT! Ali Fedotowsky Will Be The Next ‘Bachelorette’

Ali Fedotowski - The Next Bachelorette

Okay…screeching brakes…HALT!  What?!  I was under the impression that Tenley Molzahn was all set to be the next Bachelorette!  I did kind of wonder why they chose her.  Tenley isn’t that ‘exciting’ you know?  Well, I guess they didn’t pick Tenley Molzahn to be the Bachelorette, she’s OUT!  Nope, it’s ALI!  Ali Fedotowski is set to be the next Bachelorette according to RS,

“It hasn’t been announced yet, nothing has been signed, and nothing is officially official just yet, but I’m here to tell you Ali is going to be the next ‘Bachelorette’ unless she decides at the last minute to say no.”

You know he’s always right, so you can bet the Ali will be the next Bachelorette.  I think this is great news!  I would much rather watch a season of Ali as Bachelorette than Tenley.  Sorry girl, you’re sweet…but SO not over your cheating ex-husband!

So, all that drama about tomorrow night’s episode when Ali calls Jake (watch it here) is for nothing.  She’s not coming back.  Ali is going to get her own fleet of men!

So tell me what you think?  Happy, sad?  Will Ali make a good Bachelorette?

So sorry to hear that Ali will be the next Bachelorette. I don’t think the majority of viewers appreciate her lack of woman to woman integrity as she constantly lead out in trying to demean a competitor. Regardless of Vienna’s character–it was not Ali’s place to be so outspoken against her. I am highly disappointed and think that it’s a shame they don’t have someone of better character.

I thought Ali had to leave Jake because her job would not let her stay any longer. How then, can she have time to be the next Bachelorette???? Sounds very disingenuous to me, Ali. Plus, I agree with Jaye — she sure didn’t come out as sweet as she had started — she was just plain mean at times and her mouth kept getting thinner and thinner.

I am disapointed because i really, really love Ali, i think she is pretty, down to earth, sweet, and more. I dont care about what she said about Veinna because it was all true and noone can say otherwise. I wish Ali and Jake are together because they would be perfect together. I PRAY that Ali finds love!
    All the way ALI! <3

I also completely disagree with both Ramie and Jaye.. she was looking out for Jake, and when she knew she was out of line, she stopped… Ali is a classy girl… if you are a true Bachelor fan you would have seen what Ali had done for her grandmother and more. She is a devoted women!
    TEAM ALI!

I think Ali is a GREAT pick for the next Bachelorette!!! She deserves it!!! I think she is sweet and was a good judge or character (concerning) Vienna!!! I don’t see how any of the girls would have wanted to stay with Jake after he kept Vienna!!! Go ALI!!!!

Hello?! Don’t u know they prop it for her to say she had to leave for her job?! Same excuse as last years! Ali is great! She was my fav!!

I think Gia would be better as the next bachelorette. She’s such sweet and loving person. I don’t really like Ali. I liked her in the beginning, until she started picking on Vienna so much. I don’t like Vienna all that much either, but I think Ali was going out of her way to cause drama with her. If she didn’t like Vienna, she should have just stayed out of her way instead of being all up in her face all the time. The way she was acting actually made me feel sorry for Vienna.

  9. Hate Ali
    February 16th, 2010 | 1:33 am

I think Ali is attention hungry and she does anything she can to be in the camera. From constantly making scences and causing confliction in the house, to talking about vianna non stop, to making a scene about leaving for work, and again calling Jake, was all calculated.

I like Ali. I think she would be perfect on the Bachelorette. There is nothing wrong with somebody being out spoken. Vienna sure can be. Ali will find love and she is deserving of it! Maybe she really did have to choose between Jake and her job. Now she will come back as the next Bachelorette, lose her job but find LOVE. Maybe that is what is really important to her now!

  11. GO Ali!!
    February 16th, 2010 | 1:40 pm

I really was dissapointed when Ali left to go home, and when she called Jake, I thought maybe it was her next chance and she would be back. Turns out not so much, but now I’m so glad! I also heard he chooses Vienna, and EWWW!! but good for him. They deserve eachother, I cant stand her, and his choice made me dislike him as well. Which brings me back to Ali. If he would have let her come back and married her, that would be the end of what we hear about Ali. But I love her!! she’s been my favorite for so long so it makes me happy to know that we get a whole season of her next time! Go Ali!!

I can’t believe that Jake would fall for all that put on crap of Vienna’s, but I guess she has had lots of practice in fooling men.

I’m 50/50 about Ali. It’s annoying how she’s so sweet with Jake, but not so much with the women. Granted, she’s there for Jake, yet no one wants a two-faced poser. She was a bully for constantly picking on someone and then to claim that they were “being mean” to her – honestly, what do you expect when you call someone out? Regardless, I did like her at the beginning and towards the end, so I wish her the best!

  15. NO to Ali
    February 17th, 2010 | 11:59 pm

Am I wrong, or Ali said that she had fallen for Jake? She (supposedly) regretted leaving him, wanted to come back to try to build a future together, etc. I got the impression that she had fallen in LOVE with JAKE!

Well, I guess her love wasn’t worth a dime since she got over it overnight and is so eager to date around again! (Plus, if her leaving Jake for a job was staged, then its just sick and manipulative! If she loved him she should have stayed and fought for him! Jobs come and go, but (according to her) she was looking for husband to spend the rest of her life with! Her actions contradicted what she was saying on the show!)

I am disappointed she is the next Bachelorette, she does not deserve it! She is FAKE and MANIPULATIVE! I will not watch the next season!

  16. February 18th, 2010 | 11:05 am

Tenley rocks. I never want to watch this show again because Jake chose the wrong girl. Maybe Vienna would be good if he wanted a high school crush relationship, but this is the real world Jake, and you are in your 30′s. If Jake is that stupid to chose Vienna, he deserves a horrible relationship. As for Ali, I didn’t really care for her either after she started getting all caddy and emotional. I don’t think I will watch the Bachelorette with Ali, but I would really want to see Tenley find someone to treat her as well as she deserves… a real fairytale ending is what America wants!!!

    February 19th, 2010 | 5:52 am

First of all, why do the Bachelors always pick the one least liked by the audience? And, the least attractive of the other women! Certainly anyone would agree, Gia and Tenley and even Ali are all more attractive Vienna. And what kind of name is that?

Either love really is blind, deaf and dumb, too, or Jake just isn’t the man we all thought he was!

Oh, well, I think Ali will be good as the next Bachelorette! Hopefully she’ll find somebody she can fall in love with!

Ali is going to ruin this show for me, she was always stirring up drama and pretended she wasn’t. I can’t stand her. I could think of many others who should have gotten this spot. I feel sorry for the next 25 men. I will not be watching myself

  21. laura
    February 20th, 2010 | 12:27 pm

Everything is of course staged….its so fake. Even though Ali had her moments I have always been a fan of her. If she is the new bachelorette than great….her having to leave is how the show had to be. Thats how they suck us viewers in people….the DRAMA! Good luck to whoever wins that spot!

This doesn’t make sense. I thought Ali couldn’t stay any longer because of her job???? how can she get another 6 weeks off to do the show?…i hope she still ends up with Jake because she is a great girl. Plus, I would like to see some fresh faces on the Bachelor/Bachelorette…it’s great to see people get second chances at love…. but not every season!

  23. GiaFan
    February 21st, 2010 | 11:36 am

Gia should definitely be the next Bachelorette!!
She is much more deserving and genuine than Ali! Ali left the show for her job, so how can she manage being the Bachelorette???
Gia was so sweet and really deserves to have a man who loves her – no more heartache for Gia!!

  24. Canada
    February 21st, 2010 | 11:40 am

Ali is the WORST choice they could have made for the next Bachelorette. I will NOT watch if it’s her.
Tenley is super sweet, but I don’t think she’d do well on the show as the Bachelorette either – I hope she finds love in a more natural way back home. She needs to completely get over her ex-husband and love herself more before being in a relationship.
GIA would be the BEST choice for the Bachelorette. She has had so many failed relationships and seems to really put her whole self into these guys. She’s also very sexy and would make a great show!

I am so not happy to hear that Ali is the next bachelorette. I mean, Vienna was not exactly my favorite but Ali was always putting her down and saying mean stuff about her. I was tired of Ali thinking that she was all that and that she was better than Vienna and all the other girls. ESPECIALLY not happy about how Ali and Tenley would go off and ditch the other girls and act like best friends. Ali is not the type to be a good Bachelorette. Picking your job over love and then asking for the love back in one word: CHEAT! She obviously knows that she might have been the next one eliminated and was just gonna leave to avoid that, then come back. But heres the suprise Ali, he didn’t want you back in! So you are not going to be a good Bachelorette and I am not looking forward to your season.

Is she nuts? She left to go back to work… wouldn’t being the Bachelorette take a liiiittle more time off work than being a contestant on the Bachelor? She could’ve married the dreamy pilot. She’s a dummy…

Ali is a drama queen who was absolutely keen on eliminating a “straightforward” girl for no other reason than that they had nothing in common. Ali was passive-aggressive throughout the show, and displayd much duplicity in her actions and words. Terribly disappointed that she’ll be chosen as the next bechelorette, but then it was a no brianer – the show won’t be short of her annoying dramma or her immature display of her control-freakish behaviors. She may want to think it, but she’s just not a nice person under the “right” circumstance, especially a competitive one. I’m just glad that Jake, at least at the time, didn’t foil to the self-deluded game player.

Ok I am so disappointed in Jake! He talked about how morals were so important and he chooses the one with the least amount of morals from the whole bunch of them! Same as Corey-the girl has class and he boots her for the very thing he claimed to be looking for. I knew when he asked Vienna what kind of ring she wanted that he was going to pick her. What a dope! OH and how obvious is it that Ali was picked. The producers baited her to leave Jake so she would be the guaranteed bachellorette on the next season. So disappointed in Jake. Not surprised at all with this show, but I would like to see another wedding as a result of this dating fiasco! Jake- I was a fan but you are fake! Fake Jake!

    February 23rd, 2010 | 5:48 pm

Ali is the most calculating dishonest woman on the show (second to Roselyn ) that is!!!
If she is the next bachellorette I am not watching it!!!
Gia, is the perfect choice she is not only beautiful on the outside but also on the inside. Men will be lined up to meet her.
She was the only one in the house who stuck up for Vienna. She did not show any jelousy like horrible Ali did.

  33. sandy
    February 23rd, 2010 | 5:53 pm

Ali is not likeable !!!! not to woman or men. Women think she is a jelous backstabber…with an agenda to further her career. Men think she is ugly and unkept!
What is wrong with the producers of the show???? Why Ali???? There are so many other by far more beautiful in and out women to choose from!!
I am begging DO NOT MAKE ALI THE NEXT BACHELLORETTE YOU WILL LOOSE ALOT OF YOUR AUDIENCE!!!

I’m not disappointed in Jack at all. He really seems like a very level headed genuine guy, and I’m glad that he holds to his own assessment despite the group scheming to affect his decision. This is a rare quality of a thinker that tends to formulate his own logic. Don’t forget the saying “Never underestimate the power of stupid people in large groups” – lol. My husband and I knew from the very beginning of the show that he was very limited in his pool of selection. We honestly didn’t see any “great” choice, although Ali showed some initial potential that completely let us down rather quickly. Although Gia is a sweet pretty girl, she was very naive and child-like, missing much depth – and her family was a scary turn off. Jake ultimately fell for the girl who most genuinely fell in love with him, and was not afraid to show it. Who doesn’t like loyal a puppy dog? Jake could’ve easily gone for looks or other shallow qualities, but he went where his heart landed. We can’t blame him for that decision.

Give Vienna a break!!! O>K. she was not my first choice for Jake, but she is straight forward and she did seem to fall in love with Jake, and he obviously fell in love with her.
Ali completely ruined her reputation with her passive-agressive behaviour towards Vienna, making everyone cheer on Vienna even more and dislike Ali!!!!
Ali will make a terrible bachelorette, most people are turned off with her. We need a bachelorette that is not only beautiful but likeable. Hello Gia/Tenley

  39. alexis
    February 24th, 2010 | 9:57 pm

I don’t really like tenley. Everybody is so obsessed and sayng she is so sweet and everything, but I think there has got to be something more to her. Nobody is that innocent. As for Ali, I totally understand her leaving for her job. It was the safe choice. If she had stayed she would have lost her job and then what if jake didn’t pick her? Then she is left jobless and manless. I am so confused about what is going on because I know that jake doesn’t stay with vienna. They break up or something. So that leaves me thinking that he goes and finds ali…or gia. I love gia and she is definitely my favorite. TEAM GIA!!!

Ugh I don’t want Ali. She’s such a bully. Did u see how she treated Michelle, yes Michelle is annoying. And she keeps making making fun of Vienna (yes shes annoying to). I like Ali still shes sweet. I’d rather prefer Ella, she has the experience and shes so mature, not saying Ali is mature. I think Ella Nolan is better for bachelorette!

I am disappointed that the next bachelorette is going to be Ali. I do not find her likable at all. She has not exhibited any type of warmth as far as I am concerned. I also am not crazy about Tenley. I think she is hiding her crazy somewhere! I did however really like Gia. She was sweet, and deserves a second chance the most!

  45. J
    February 27th, 2010 | 10:57 am

Okay, first of all, why would Ali be the next bachelorette if she can’t be away from work? That’s just incredibly dumb. + I don’t really wanna see her face anymore. Neither do I wanna see Tenley’s.

So, instead they need to get a new bachelorette and bachelor for the next seasons and stop using left overs. It’s getting really boring. Seriously.

For the next seasons they need to get more exciting bachelors and bachelorettes and DEFINATELY more REAL PEOPLE. Their new motto should be NO FAKES ALLOWED!

  46. Allie
    February 28th, 2010 | 3:55 pm

Very excited Ali will be the next bachelorette!!! Jake is a moron for not taking her back. I think a lot of pressure was on and she was confused and didn’t know what to do. How many ppl are in this situation every day?? Not many, so I say give her a break.. And as for her going crazy about Vienna, they all did. Ali had the guts to say something about it. She wasn’t the one who first went to Jake to tell him how V was, but maybe they all saw something we didn’t even see. It’s not like they are taped 24/7. Hope Jake has fun w/ his new cheating fiance’. Whole time I was hopin he would find true love bc of what happened to him last time. Now he gets what he asked for and just proves that some men are truly stupid when looking for a woman.

    February 28th, 2010 | 8:04 pm

I will not watch if and when Alli becomes the next bachelorette, I thought her behaviour on the show was repulsive. I think her apology on the “women tell all” was insulting to say the least. I was over the moon when the stunt she pulled with Jake was rejected, glad he seen right through your game, you watched the last season too huh! Nice try. I don’t think Tenley should have been chosen either, unless of course her (ex) husband was one of the contestants. GIA for the next bachelorette would have been the best choice. But what do we know, they’ve done a bang up job thus far, what’s the ratio for success ummm 1 (Trista and Ryan). Keep up the good work nothing like a boring night of the bachelor to get me through a Monday night. cheers

I CAN”T STAND ALI. I really hope she’s not the Bachelorette. She is so fake. The whole season of the bachelore she was nothing but vicious and mean. And then at the end she was acting all sobby and crying because she WANTED to leave, she CHOSE to go so why all the bad acting and sobbing?? I wanted to throw up when I watched her cry, it was crocodile tears and so fake. IIIIEEEEUUUWW PLEASE ABC don’t pick Ali. I would rather watch Rozlyn, Elizabeth ore The pretty one with the kid. ALI DON’t DESERVE TO BE THE BACHELORETTE!

I love Ali! She deserves her own ‘fleet of men’ ha ha. I think she’s a good muse for the show. Tentley is amazing all in her own way. She doesn’t need the show, just some time to herself.

I can’t stand Ali. I certainly won’t be watching her. She’s a drama queen and a very bad actress. Her fake cry when she went to tell Jake about having to leave because of her job. Sitting in the hall crying ~ whining. gag. She’s as fake as they come.

Ugh! I didn’t care for Alli either. She was likeable at first and got more catty with each show. She did applogise for her nasty behavior but it was too late for me. I don’t think Tenley would make a good next bachelorette either though. She’s too syrupy sweet and her voice grates on my nerves. Just wish they would pick someone new not related to past shows. But that seems to be the way the pick now.

Word in SanFran is that ABC is testing the romantic waters with Ali Fedotowsky and Reid Rosenthal (DeAnna’s season). The network is currently in talks with Reid about returning to The Bachelorette as a contestant for Fedotowsky’s heart. It’s rumored that network execs firmly believe that a Rosenthal/Fedotowsky match would be ideal.

    March 1st, 2010 | 11:09 pm

I think Ali acted like a little girl during this season. She talked smack about Vienna to everyone, including Jake, which was completely immature. Yet she was trying to show people that Vienna was the worst choice for Jake. This was not a good way to accomplish this…she ended up looking like a petty jerk. I got so sick of hearing her whine, I just don’t think I can handle another season with her. She left Jake for her job, then expected him to take her back like she was such a catch. HELLO! You chose your job over him! Vienna, regardless of her faults, always made it clear that she was there for Jake. Ali acted like a little spoiled brat almost the entire season, and is NOT even that cute. So why the hell should she be the next Bachelorette?

  55. Ali Fed-FAKE
    March 2nd, 2010 | 9:24 am

My friend works at facebook with Alli and said she wasn’t back till the Bachelor premier and NEVER had to come back for work, so she obviously made that all up to get attention, thought Jake would take her back or that it would help set her up to be the next bachelorette. She has been seen around SF drunk and scandalous at the bars and is apparently obsessed with herself and is constantly checking online to see what people write about her… prob reading this…ha
Anyway just wish it was Tenly or even Gia did they both say no!!?? Im sure Ali just pushed for it :/ bummerrrrrrr

Ali as the bachelorette? they have to be kidding. how can they pick that mean girl.

  58. Jackson
    March 3rd, 2010 | 2:36 am

Ali should get a bunch of the most abnoxious guys picked out for her Bachelorette season that cause drama and tattle on others like she did. Oh and all leave for jobs and come crawling back and so on.
No way should any good guy be brought in, or if is then he ought to be warned of the danger of being entrapped in naggin’s lair if wants some long term relationship with that sour faced alley cat. So that when she is ready to ask him to marry her he just bails out like a shot out of hell. That should make some good TV. Then everyone else should dump her, her workplace and any network so that she really has something to cry about with some real tears!

I will not be watching either. There is something wrong with Ali. She talked about Vienna, she malicious,Vienna never talked about anyoneVienna turns out to be a very sweet person. She was a threat to Ali and the other girls and they knew it. They handled it by being bullies.!!She caused such drama, she is not a nice person. Tenley should have been chosen!!!
