Bar Refaeli was spotted leaving Regent Hotel on her way to the “Cinema For Peace” gala in Berlin. Do you notice the shiny new ring on her finger?  Well, her amazingly talented man, Leonardo DiCaprio proposed to Bar on Valentine’s Day.  How romantic!
