TRAGIC SUICIDE – Marie Osmond Son Michael Blosil Dead At 18 (Photos)

Marie Osmond

Marie Osmond’s son, Michael Blosil is dead at the age of just 18. Michael killed himself by jumping from his apartment building to his death last night (Feb 26) at about 9 p.m. in Los Angeles.

ET reports that Marie’s brother, Donny Osmond is asking for prayer,

“Please pray for my sister and her family.”

Marie Osmond made a statement through her rep,

“My family and I are devastated and in deep shock by the tragic loss of our dear Michael and ask that everyone respect our privacy during this difficult time.”

The reports states that Michael Blosil left a suicide note, stating that he was going to end his life, that he could not fit in and would never have any friends.

Marie and her husband adopted Michael Blosil in 1991.

What a tragic loss.  So very sad.  My thoughts and prayers are will the Osmond family.

I am so sorry for your loss. My 18 year old niece committed suicide 3 years ago, 2 weeks after her 18th birthday. She was beautiful, artistically talented and loved deeply by her family. She suffered from bipolar depression and her life was a struggle. I truly know your pain- it is to your very core. However, without even knowing you I am sure that he loved your family-his pain was just too great. My 1 recommendation- celebrate his life and remember his happy times-I am sure there were many. For my nieces funeral we prepared a magnificent music and photo video of her life (literally from birth to 3 days before her death) with photos of her and all of her family and friends. The video told the whole story of her life and yes included so many happy times. Without the video people would have focused only on the negatives. That is what is so important to remember. Your son suffered from depression but he was not just that person. I am sure he was also funny or caring or artistic or athletic or… My very best wishes to you and your family, Karen

May I offer my heartfelt condolences. May he be comforted in the arms of the angels and forever leave his pain on earth behind. No words can ease your sorrow, but know that others share your grief and wish you solace.

somehow there is a strength in one who commits suicide that was missed in lif but them- they are the only ones who cannot see it – blame no one-pray for his soul and your pain -as yet even this was God’s destiny for him and you all
