Here’s the trailer for the upcoming film The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo.
The trailer certainly sets the audience up for a disappointment if it’s not as good as it promises to be. The first film in a trilogy certainly makes it sound like it must be good. Unfortunately nothing about this trailer is making me jump out of my seat.

Quentin Tarantino wants to make a western!
The NY Daily News caught up with Quentin Tarantino, who says he’s interested in making a Western, but one that is a little different.
“I’d like to do a Western. But rather than set it in Texas, have it in slavery times. With that subject that everybody is afraid to deal with,” Tarantino said. “Let’s shine that light on ourselves. You could do a ponderous history lesson of slaves escaping on the Underground Railroad. Or, you could make a movie that would be exciting. Do it as an adventure. A spaghetti Western that takes place during that time. And I would call it ‘A Southern.’”
Pretty much anything Tarantino decides to make I’ll be glad to pay to see. There have also been talks of another Kill Bill movie, but that’ll happen eventually anyway.

This holiday weekend (February 12-15, 2010 ) was dominated by the obvious holiday movie Valentine’s Day. Taking the number two slot was the bad film adaptation of a good book, Percy Jackson and the Olympians: The Lightning Thief. And finally The Wolfman remake rounded out the third spot. Avatar still managed slot #4 and continues to make good money in its 9th week in theaters.

Got Milk? Dancing With The Stars champ and Olympic gold medalist Shawn Johnson does. She’s the latest celeb to wear the now-iconic white mustache for the campaign encouraging more milk consumption. Shawn has joined up with Utah Jazz point guard Deron Williams and St. Louis Cardinals slugger Albert Pujols in the “Drink Milk For A Change” sub-campiagn aimed at teens.
Her ad reads:

Blu-ray is the new standard, DVD is on its way out and every week they are releasing many films on the relatively new format. Here’s the full list of Blu-ray movies out this week on February 16th, 2010.-
This week is another without any major releases. The biggest release is Law Abiding Citizen with Jaime Foxx and Gerard Butler. The only other thing is the comedy Black Dynamite which I will definitely be renting.
