All celebrities and performers have to start somewhere… and the middle school talent show is as good a place as any, no?  Here is Tik Tok singer Ke$ha at age 13, when she was still known as Kesha Sebert, performing Radiohead‘s Karma Police with two classmates.

Yes, she looks awkward.  We ALL look awkward at age 13.  And yes, this is a pretty bad cover.  But again – she’s THIRTEEN.  What do you expect?  Hopefully she wasn’t already brushing her teeth with whiskey back then, though.

Levi Johnston has been a busy boy lately… apparently too busy to deal with small matters like taking responsibility for his son Tripp.   He owes baby mama Bristol Palin close to $18,000 in back child support payments and a court has ordered him to pay up.

Levi’s debt breaks down to about $1,700/month and dates back to December 2008 when Tripp was born.

Looks like Bristol is also trying to get her hands on his future earnings as well:  the court order “also allows Bristol’s lawyer to subpoena Levi’s commercial earnings.”   Because why shouldn’t little Tripp get a cut of whatever money his”f***ing redneck” daddy has earned from posing nude and winning porn awards?

And just like that, four more American Idol hopefuls are gone.  The first results show aired tonight on American Idol, sending home 2 girls and 2 guys.  Now we’ve got our Top 20.

The Gloves Are OFF! Ellen VS Simon – The American Idol Sideshow

Janelle Wheeler, Ashley Rodriguez, Joe Munoz, and Tyler Grady were sent packing after not receiving enough of America’s vote to keep them in the running for the American Idol 2010 crown.

Allison Iraheta performed and did an amazing job I must say.  I love seeing past contestants come back and show their growth as an artist.  Well done girlfriend!  Watch Allison perform ‘Scars’ here.

Kris Allen returned for Idol Gives Back, singing ‘Let It Be‘ to raise money for the victims of the Haiti earthquake.  That was so moving.  I hope that the money raised can really make a difference.  You can donate at AmericanIdol.com or by downloading Kris’ performance from tonight on iTunes.

After days of searching, pleas from parents, and the outreach of the community (details here), Growing Pains actor, Andrew Koenig’s body has been found in Vancouver in Stanley Park.

Authorities report that Koenig’s body was discovered around noon today according to CNN.

There will be a press conference at 5PM/P and we can expect to see Andrew’s parents to make a statement.

Our thoughts and prayers are with the Koenig family.

Did anyone else notice the tension growing between Ellen DeGeneres and Simon Cowell on American Idol?  Did you notice that they aren’t sitting next to each other anymore?  I knew that these two weren’t going to mesh.  Ellen can’t handle Simon’s brutal honesty and Simon can respect Ellen’s opinions since she has no music background.

To top things off, Ellen has reportedly become quite the diva according to InTouch,

“Ellen is insisting that her wife, Portia de Rossi, be a guest judge in a future episode of the reality show.  She wants to do public appearances with Randy [Jackson] so that people will think of her more seriously as a music insider and not just a talk-show host.”

Ellen is  “driving everyone crazy with demands”, demanding a new Mercedes as part of her signing bonus, and is even complaining that Simon’s dressing room is bigger than hers.

WHAT?  Like Ellen can’t afford to buy her own car.  Um, and if you hadn’t noticed, Simon Cowell is the ‘top dog’ at Idol still and would of course have the biggest dressing room.
