Rihanna was in Berlin, Germany today signing autographs for some happy fans. That’s great and all, but what is wrong with her hair? The super brassy, orange-ish bowl haircut is so not hot! Why does she make these bad style choices? Those freaky spikes on her shoulders are barely noticeable with that hair!
