BREAKING NEWS: Pittsburgh Steelers – Big Ben Roethlisberger Accused Of Sexual Assault (PHOTOS)
Pittsburgh Steelers QB Ben Roethlisberger has been accused of sexual assault by a woman in Georgia, according to TMZ.
The alleged incident happened this morning at Capital City nightclub in Milledgeville, Georgia. The accuser has already been interviewed by police, has been treated and released.
Witnesses have been interviewed as well as Ben Roethlisberger. No charges have been filed as of yet.
The Georgia Bureau of Investigations is also investigating the incident.
This is the second sexual assault scandal for the two time Super Bowl champ. The last case still hasn’t been closed. (Details here)
A rep from the Steelers said, “We are gathering information on this incident – until then we have no further comment.”
UPDATE: The woman accusing Roethlisberger is saying that Ben entered the ladies restroom while she was in there, and assaulted her. Still no charges have been filed against Big Ben.

Ben needs to start paying for sex like Charlie Sheen and leave the waitresses alone. When you have a mutual agreement based on both parties feeling like they received fair compensation then you don’t have lawsuits. Ben is single and no one would fault him for being a playboy. These women are feeling like they didn’t get enough from Ben. Maybe he didn’t call them again or something and they felt used. Tiger Woods found many women to have sex with him that didn’t try to file charges against him. Tiger is paying because he was married. Ben is not married and not many would fault a young man for going out and having sex. Maybe he should start having women sign a waiver, lol, maybe they could sign an agreement to have sex with him. That way when they try to file for money he can produce a signed mutual agreement.
I don’t know what the truth is in this case but Ben needs to start protecting himself especially if he did not do anything wrong. Now that he has charges he is more vulnerable to others taking advantage of him. He makes enough money to take extra precautions to protect himself, even if he has to hire a bodyguard to be a witness to the consent of sex. If he is doing bad things then of course he will not take precautions. After the first charges he should have been more wise. By now you have to ask, “are you stupid Ben, or are you a sex offender?” I think that is what the NFL commissioner is going to ask him.
