Last night we got down to the Top 16 on American Idol season 9.  (See the results here.)  Danny Gokey was the ‘halftime show’ and he did an amazing job singing, My Best Days Are Ahead Of Me. Danny has a new lease on life and this song has become somewhat of an anthem for him.  He was so pumped up, excited, and overall the happiest I’ve ever seen him.  I was very moved to see this bright side of Danny.

He’s going on tour with Sugarland starting tonight!  Congrats Danny, you deserve all of your success.  This country music thing was made for you!  Grab a copy of Danny’s album here.
