American Idol – Sexy Kara DioGuardi Gives Us MORE Bikini Time (Photos)
Kara DioGuardi gave us a first hand look at her bikini body last season on American Idol during the finale. Next we got to see Kara looking too hot to handle in Maxim (pics here). Now Kara is heading back into that bikini for Women’s Health Magazine.
Kara dishes on here healthy diet, past struggles with weight, her disorder and more:
Battling an eating disorder:
“I’d pretty much clean out the refrigerator. Food was my drug of choice. It anesthetized me so I wouldn’t have to feel whatever I was feeling. I’d stuff myself full of sugar and fall asleep.”
On eating healthy:
“The more roughage you eat, the more it fills you up.”
On the importance of water:
“Two huge bottles a day, minimum. I have them around — one upstairs, one in the car — to force me to remember.”

Kara don’t listen to all these negative hags their just dissing on you cause they don’t have anything better to do,plus their mad cause even @ 40 yrs old your still 500million times better looking than they were,are,or ever will be!! with or without make up ,me iam jelouse of Mike he’s one very,very lucky man to have you, oh yea if you leave American Idol i’ll quit watching it you r the greatest in my opinion
i was just stating my opinion cause nobody had any thing good/bad to say about Mrs Dio Guardi untill American Idol or that little cat fight between Bikini Girl and Katy Perry it’s time everybody get over it let it go and about who looks better in a bikini Kara/or BG thats an opinion and in mine Kara wins hands down as well as the singing still Kara and thats not based on weather or not i think shes hot thats just my opinion
