The President and Chief Operating Officer of the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, Andrew (Randy) Kwasniewski was found dead today, with an apparent self-inflicted gun wound to the head TMZ reports.

The Las Vegas police have launched an investigation and are treating this as a suicide after Kwasniewski’s wife found his body in their home.

Was a sad situation.  Our thought are with the family of Randy Kwasniewski.

According to reports from TMZ, one of the Rhode Island police officers we’ve been watching on “The Amazing Race” has been taken off the streets and put on desk duty.  After an internal investigation into a cop-operated cocaine ring where Louie Stravato (the one who guzzled all the ‘boot beer’) had his name come up.

Rhode Island State Police have arrested three officers were arrested in the sting operation.  According to Captain David S. Neill, Stravato was among 4 officers assigned to the desk work following the investigation.

So, until the investigation is complete, Stravato will be at his desk.

Katherine Heigl was spotted out in Los Angeles spending some time with friends and more importantly, sporting some very dark hair.  This is a very drastic change from those golden locks we are used to… but, I love it! Well, not her whole boobs.  Just her implants.  It seems that Sharon Osbourne isn’t happy with her breast implants she got back in 2006 and she wants to have them removed, then sell them on eBay.  Huh?!

As you have already read, Steelers QB, Big Ben Roethlisberger is being accused of sexual assault by another woman.  (Details here.)  This one just happens to be one that was photographed (above) partying with Ben and his friends the night of the alleged incident. Those photos will most likely be used as evidence to support Roethlisberger’s innocence.

Roethlisberger’s attorney Ed Garland released a statement Monday, saying there was “no criminal activity” and Roethlisberger is “completely innocent of any crime.”

Roethlisberger hasn’t been charged with any crime as of yet.  He will still have to go through one more interview.  But, I am guessing that the female making the claims has no evidence to prove her story, so it will be a he said  - she said case.  Plus, in America, you are INNOCENT until proven guilty.   I will be surprised if this actually gets ugly.

The Bachelor is becoming a video game for the Nintendo Wii and the Nintendo DS later on this summer.  Players will have the chance to date CG versions of five bachelors and five bachelorettes from the show.

The Bachelorette – Ali Fedotowsky Blast From The Past Photos

The press release says, “players will compete in a collection of fun mini-game date challenges for a shot at romance” and “players compete to win the attention and ultimately the heart of the Bachelor or Bachelorette,” but “opponents can sabotage others’ dates and prevent them from receiving a rose or ring.” You can either play by yourself, moving through “episodes” as if you were on the show, or against your pals.

The games will be “fun challenges, puzzles and mini-games, which test skills such as memory, speed, observation and precision.”   I think that the creators did a pretty good job on Jason Mesnick!   I can’t wait to see what everyone else looks like!

This is definitely one for the true Bachelor and Bachelorette fans who want their seasons to never end.  What can I say?  I think this could be a lot of fun for the girls night in… with a few bottles of wine….
