Precious took off with another pack of statuettes at the Independent Spirit Awards Friday night.  I love the ISAs – they’re kind of like the anti-Oscars.   But just like the Academy Awards, the ISAs have their share of red carpet triumphs and disasters.   Here’s the highlights.

The good:  Rosario Dawson, flawless and simple in gray lace.  Gabourey Sidibe looking very elegant and really, really pretty.  And when did Maria Bello get so hot?!

The bad: Rachelle Lefevre wrapped in someone’s drapes. Ricki Lake… it would take someone with a hell of a lot of style to pull off a fringed cocktail dress, a leather jacket and pearls, and you are not that woman, hon.  Jodie Foster and Jemaine Clement (Flight of the Conchords) wearing the same jacket!  Alan Cumming with more makeup on than most of the women.   Brittany Snow wearing the linoleum flooring from some diner.

The ugly:  Maggie Gyllenhaal in whatever the heck that is.  A jumpsuit?  Oh, Maggie.   Was the saggy side boob really necessary?

And finally, the slutty:  Mariah Carey.  I swear, she could make a nun’s habit look skanky.  If she’d pick clothes that actually fit, it would improve things about 147%.

So everyone has been wondering if the DJ we saw Kim Zolciak with is really her lover or was that purely speculation?  Well, Kim dished to People about her relationship with Big Poppa and all she’d say about DJ Tracy Young was,

“All I’m going to say is that she is a great friend of mine, I adore her, and she’s so talented.”

So you’re officially with Big Poppa?
We’re doing great. He’s fantastic. It’s been so on and off in the last two years, but the entertainment industry is really difficult and takes a toll on relationships. People are so fascinated with any part that has to do with my personal life. And it’s just that. You want to talk about my kids, I’ll do it all day long. You want to talk about my wig line, I’ll do it all day long. But this stuff … it just really makes me laugh.

Is he divorced yet?
He’s not legally divorced yet, and I haven’t told anybody that, so there you have it. He doesn’t live with his family like people think.

Glamour just named Zoe Saldana one of the most glamorous women in Hollywood, and no wonder.  Look at her!  She was just perfect at the 3rd annual Essence Black Women In Hollywood Luncheon this week.   The girl’s got great style, and although it’s an overused phrase, she really does make it look effortless.   Can’t wait to see what Zoe wears for the Oscars tomorrow night!

Johnny Depp is known for being humble about his celebrity, and that’s just one of the things that makes him an all around likeable guy.  Well, that, and he’s ridiculous hot.   Anyway.  Ahem.  Johnny told Parade that he’s just glad to be working.

“My whole ride in this business since day one has been pretty surreal. It defies logic. I’m still completely shocked that I get jobs and still am around. So it has been a kind like falling through the rabbit hole into a kind of wonderland.”

Nice reference to his current film, Alice In Wonderland, which opened yesterday.  I can’t wait to see it.

Accidentally on Purpose star, Jenna Elfman and her hubby Bodhi Elfman welcomed their second baby boy on Tuesday in Los Angeles.  Them named him, Easton Quinn Monroe Elfman.

Jenna Tweeted her joys,

“He’s an impressive sleeper (thank god!) & I’m his biggest fan.”

Then Bodhi chimed in,

“Shazaam! Easton Quinn Monroe Elfman. Born March 2 @ 7:53AM. Triple Word Score, Grand Slam, Royal Flush! Digging this guy big time.”

Story Elias (2 1/2) is very ready to be a big brother to the little guy.  SO sweet!

Lindsay Lohan was spotted walking into the Dior show at Paris Fashion Week and wow.  I am a little shocked.  You’d never know that was Lilo if you looked from the neck down.

Lindsay looked gorgeous!  That dress, the shrug, her hair…amazing.  Okay… so maybe those frightfully pale legs could use some color.  But, other than that, I am impressed.  Well done Lohan!  Please, do that more often!

24 star Annie Wersching and her hubby,  Stephen Full are having a baby!

They are “ecstatic,” says Wersching, ”Feeling great” during her pregnancy.  So what does the mommy to be have to have?  She’s  ”craving mint chocolate chip ice cream!”

Annie plays Renee Walker (tough as nails) opposite Kiefer Sutherland on one of the best shows ever, 24.
