Paris Hilton took over Fred Segal dressed like the sun.  Sporting a large white bag accompanied by a ratty little teddy bear, Paris found bags of loot at one of Hollywood’s favorite shops.

Kate Gosselin keeps a strong front going no matter what she is going through.  Her ex-husband Jon Gosselin is dragging her through another round of hell, attempting to take the kids away from her with a bunch of unfounded claims.  But, Kate is continuing on, not throwing in the towel.

It seems like most of the public loves to hate on Kate Gosselin.  Everyone seems to have found perfection in themselves and decided that calling out Kate Gosselin is now their right.  Funny thing is, most of those hating Kate, don’t have any kids, much less eight of them.  So perhaps they have no idea what they are actually judging.  Also, I find it odd that Kate is being slammed for nannies caring for her kids while she’s at work.  Yet, all the other celebrity actors, Hollywood types, etc have nannies taking care of their kids full time and no one bats an eye… Hello, Brangelina?

Jon Gosselin Asks For A Reality Check

My point is, Kate Gosselin really isn’t doing anything wrong but, she’s always being blasted for working hard and pursuing a career, and perhaps some of her dreams. Why does Kate have to defend herself for doing what everyone else in HOllywood is doing?  Sure she came across a bit (sometimes a lot) on the ‘witchy’ side on Jon & Kate Plus 8.  I can’t say that I’d be any different if I was married to Jon Gosselin and had eight kids to care for.

I am sure you all will continue to point the finger at Kate Gosselin, ignoring all of your own faults.  But, I sure wish you’d give the woman a break.  She deserves one.

Gisele Bundchen launched her Flip Flop collection at the Grand Hotel Intercontinental in Paris yesterday.  She looked amazing in that tight dress, showing off her post-baby body that looks like nothing ever happened to it!  Talk about joining the MILF club!

Ahhh, that life of a super model.  Now, I’d like to get my hands on some of Gisele’s flip flops and see if they make me feel like a super model…

Redbook magazine has Jennifer Lopez on the cover of the May issue and the actress talks mommyhood, aging, success and relationships. Check it:

On Aging: “In fact, 40 turned out to be an empowered place for me, because I also realized how much I didn’t know when I was 20 or even 30.”

On Success: “I always wanted to be great at what I did-that’s what drove me. If I got rejected, I wouldn’t take it personally. The celebrity endorsement game grabbed a new player when Leighton Meester signed on as a paid spokesperson for Herbal Essences products. The Gossip Girl actress said:

“My Mom used it, the kind with the clear bottle with the flowers. Now it has a new look and everything is different. I started using it because Charles [her personal hairstylist and Herbal Essences celebrity stylist] uses it.”

She will begin appearing in print ads, on the retailer’s Facebook page and probably a commercial or two.

Alexa Ray Joel is the latest spokesperson for Prell shampoo and her commercial has hit the airwaves. She is following in the footsteps of her mother, supermodel Christie Brinkley, who shilled for the hair care products in the 80′s.

The daughter of Brinkley and musician Billy Joel had some personal troubles late last year and seems to be recovering. Check out her debut above.

I have to admit, I didn’t know Prell was still around, so good for them for grabbing some attention for their product.

One of three True Blood covers for the May issue of Details magazine, Alexander Skarsgard looks out with that slightly vulnerable, mischievous and super sexy stare that gets him (probably) everything he ever wants in life.

Here is an excerpt:

What’s up with the current vampire popularity: “Sex and violence are always something that attracts an audience, and vampire stories usually have a lot of both,” he said. “Vampires also symbolize something that’s permanent in a world where everything is constantly changing. To have something that will just stand the test of time is attractive.”

Has he changed much? “You have to ask my friends,” he says. “Nothing would hurt me more than if they said that I have changed. But I don’t think so. After all, I was over 30 when things started to happen in the States.”

The devastatingly handsome actor will return with HBO’s season 3 on June 13th.

Without A Trace actor Anthony LaPaglia will have to take some time off later this year as he needs his second hip replacement. The 51 year old LaPaglia had his first surgery six years ago however he believes he returned to playing soccer too soon after the first operation and will need to have another date under the knife.

“I was out playing soccer again in about two, three months (after the surgery). It was too soon. I could still feel it. It probably takes about a year (to heal).”

The actor was a professional soccer player and still loves the game so much he ruined his first surgery. Stay down and heal this time!

Currently starring on Broadway in the Stanley Tucci directed Lend Me A Tenor, LaPaglia will finish out his run in the stage production before submitting to the surgeon’s knife.
