The Vampire Diaries writers are heating up the speculation of a possible Elena/Damon dalliance. Check out the pic that EW has of actors Ian Somerhalder and Nina Dobrev in the upcoming April 22nd episode ‘Miss Mystic Falls.’
Episode synopsis (and Spoilers!):
“At the Founder’s Day Gala, Elena (Nina Dobrev) and Caroline (Candice Accola) compete for the title of “Miss Mystic Falls” against other girls from town, including Tina Fell (guest star Autumn Dial) and Amber Bradley (guest star Spencer Locke). Elena is happy to have Bonnie (Katerina Graham) back in town, but Bonnie still has issues to work through. John Gilbert (guest star David Anders) attempts to intimidate Damon, but his plan doesn’t have the desired effect. Damon (Ian Somerhalder) discovers that Stefan (Paul Wesley) is hiding a dangerous secret that could impact everyone in town.”
Writers and producers Kevin Williamson (from the Scream movies and TV’s Dawson’s Creek) and Julie Plec are masterful at the suspense and surprises they slip in to each episode. Looking forward to what they will dangle as the season ending cliffhangers!

Clash of the Titans star Gemma Arterton graces the cover of UK InStyle magazine for the month of May. The British beauty is Io to Sam Worthington’s Perseus in the remake of the 80′s Greek mythology movie. Here’s an excerpt of her interview:
On the criticism she received as Bond Girl ‘Strawberry Fields’ in Quantum of Solace: “When I got the part, I Googled myself and oh my God, the stuff I read was just soul destroying.”
Director Mike Newell on Gemma in the upcoming Prince of Persia: “She had to act her socks off – and a lot of the work was physically demanding – and she had to make a relationship with Jake [Gyllenhaal,] who’s American and was a much bigger-deal actor at the time. But Gemma has a terrific spirit and is really optimistic – you got the sense that everyday she woke up thinking, ‘Let’s make today a really good day.’ She’s wonderful, full of energy.”
Clash opened this weekend and crushed the competition. Hopefully for her sake, that takes away some of the sting of those Bond critics.

Rapper Dr. Dre unveiled his new “Beats by Dr.Dre” headphones during Opening Day at Fenway Park of the Boston Red Sox vs. the New York Yankees yesterday in Boston. It was a big day for MLB, kicking off the 2010/11 season. The rest of the league will be having their opening day games in the next couple of days.
Needless to say, Dr. Dre had a great day, enjoying the Red Sox’ victory over the Yanks, setting the tone for the long season ahead.

Well, if you’ve read the books you know the ending to the film, but after a long work week the crew of Harry Potter and The Deathly Hallows went celebrating in a pub in Hertfordshire in England. Throw in some good times and a bit of alcohol and someone got a wee bit careless and left the ‘private and confidential’ script to the final film of the series just laying about the establishment. Another patron picked it up and of course, turned it over to The Sun newspaper (just where I’d turn it in…)
The man who found the script adds, “I couldn’t believe my eyes. I know guys that work on the film drink in the pub, but it’s very embarrassing that someone could just leave it there. I’m glad I’ve helped to stop any surprises being leaked.”
What’s more amazing is that The Sun didn’t spill any secrets (if there are any.)

Beyonce and her hubby Jay-Z are still dodging pregnancy rumors but that didnt’ stop them from enjoy a hot date night in NYC at their favorite restaurant, Nello’s.
Beyonce was working her mighty leg power in some tenny tiny shorts and sexy Christian Louboutin ‘Maggie’ heels. The extra layer, pink checked jacket could possibly be some baby bump camo. But for now, we will just continue to speculate.
