Jennifer Lopez has made herself relevant again with The Back-Up Plan, so of course she’s on the magazine circuit.  She covered Redbook last month and now she’s looking cute for Marie Claire UK.  Photographer Marc Hom did a great job.  J-Lo looks pretty good!  Which is saying a lot, coming from me, because usually I think she looks like a character in a telenovela.

So how does she keep in shape so she can continue to look that good?

“Just like anybody, I try to watch what I eat.  There’s no big science to it, which is what sucks. One good trick is to have a goal – for me it may be getting in shape for a video shoot. Another is portion control. I love to eat everything and you pretty much can – a little piece of something fattening is not going to kill you. It’s when you eat the whole box that it’s going to kill you.”

Uhhh… if you eat a whole box or bag of just about anything it’s bound to be bad for you.  Like the Doritos sitting in front of me right now.  Or what’s left of them, anyway.  Ahem.  Read more of the interview with Jennifer here.
