Season Finale – The Amazing Race 16 Winners Are Crowned

Tonight is the season finale of The Amazing Race 16. It has been an incredible journey for a great group of people.  There have been some crazy moments and a ton of emotional drama.  Tonight it all comes down to the final three teams making a race to the finish.

Brent and Caite, Jet and Cord, Dan and Jordan all want to win this race, badly.  Who’s going to cross the line first?  Any side bets?  I think this is a hard one to call.  I can see any of them taking the $1 million prize.  They have all come in first on different legs and they all have made dumb mistakes at different points.  So, I suppose whoever doesn’t make those mistakes and doesn’t get screwed by a bad cab driver will take the cake.

I have to admit that once Jeff and Jordan were eliminated, I didn’t want to keep watching.  But Jeff told me to because it was a good season with some great teams and he was right.  This has been a fantastic season and I am glad I listened!

Drop your predictions below and then check back here for the results in a few….

UPDATE: Congrats to Dan and Jordan, winners of The Amazing Race 16!!!

The winners cheated.Line jumping is against the law in the orient. They should have had a penalty.

Cord & Jet can hold their heads high & be proud of the way they ran the race. Jordan & Dan cannot. The McCords exemplify what it means to live by the cowboy code of high morals, integrity & respect. Congratulations Cord & Jet!

How two guys cheated. I thought 1st class was wrong. Ovious if you are queer you can do what you want. This is the last race I will watch.

I am a fan of the race and I have always believed the couples could not fly first class. However, in the most recent last espisode, the brothers were in fisrt class on the last leg of the flight. Why were they not penalized at the end of the race?

Sorry to see that unfair sneaky players won! Hopefully their million dollars is worth their integrity! The real winners are teams two and three! These guys will be losers for life! No respect for them at all! I also think that the ladies who were so nasty to Katie need some lessons in playing nice! These people ruined what used to be a food show!

i think think the 2 lesbians showed extremely poor sportsmanship. they had no right to act the way they did to caite.

i think the two brothers who won tonight were cheaters. see i always thought that the memory part of the race was to use your head not a peace of paper, memory is what you remember. that’s why i think they cheated. so to me the cowboys (jet & cord) are the winners. not those two brothers. thank you very much for letting me comment on the amazing race tonight.

I am surprised that Dan and Jordan won the million dollars since they broke the rules about riding in first class on the final flight to San Francisco. In the past, contestants have been warned about only riding in coach. Any comment?

Here we go again. The gays have done it again. I’m gay and can not believe the lesbians and the gay brothers conduct on national T.V. Cut the line…..whine about the game. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES!!!!! SET THE GAYS BACK 20 YEARS….LOSERS!!!

While cutting in line was not cool, that had nothing to do with the outcome. They all landed at the same time and were only seconds apart at that point. The biggest factor was how they played the video game and the cowboys couldn’t figure it out even though Jet spent 5 minutes watching Jordan spin in circles so Dan could read the clue. By the way, the rule is that you can’t buy a first class ticket. There is no rule about moving to a first class seat or otherwise trying to move to a seat near the exit. It happens all the time.

Dan and Jordan shouldn’t win this race….I think Jet and Cord deserved more than Dan and Jordan

There is NO rule about moving to first class or business class. The rule is that you can not buy tickets for first class. Even then, you can buy them if you get charged the same as economy.

The line butting was cheap, but didn’t really affect the outcome.

The lesbians are horrible people, especially the brunette one. U-turning is part of the game. It doesn’t matter if it’s done for a logical reason or not, it’s part of the game and for good reason. Even Joe + Heidi have more reason to complain, since they weren’t mean to anybody, they just boasted.

Personally, I thought it was a good season. There were a lot of teams that I would have liked to see win, and that doesn’t usually happen for me on The Amazing Race.

The lesbians nasty comments once again prove the integrity of these people. Sies
