I am guessing that after Heidi Montag’s mom, Darlene Egelhoff saw the recent episodes and talked to Heidi’s sister, Holly Montag she felt the need to save her daughter from the monster that is Spencer Pratt.  What parent wouldn’t want to protect their child, adult or not from Spencer?

Heidi told TMZ,

“My mom just showed up to the house unannounced … and after what she did to me on national TV, I have no desire to see her.  Her showing up is completely out of line and psychotic. I’m getting a restraining order against her.”

Heidi called the police who responded and questioned Darlene and she ended up leaving the house.

So it’s official.  Heidi Montag has officially lost her mind as well.  I feel awful for Darlene.  I can’t think of anything more heartbreaking for a parent.
