The Orange County District Attorney has rejected the case against Tito Ortiz for allegedly beating Jenna Jameson, according to TMZ.

There was insufficient corroboration to prove beyond reasonable doubt that Tito did in fact beat on Jenna. She changed her story several times and in the end didn’t want to press charges against Tito.

The Hills final season is off to a freaky start thanks to Spencer Pratt.  The latest episode really exposed a lot.  Something is seriously wrong with Spencer.  Well, there is something wrong with Heidi Montag as well.  There has to be for many reasons.  Right now, Heidi’s biggest problem is that she is married to Spencer Pratt. He has turned into a complete psychopath.  His temper is the worst I have ever seen.  He is so filled with hate and venom-like characteristics.  The crazy couple has spent $400k on his crystals.  They have warped his mind into something I can’t put my finger on.

Spencer has been suspended from filming The Hills after threatening to kill one of the show’s producers.

Spencer is making vicious attacks against his own sister, Stephanie Pratt and against Heidi’s sister, Holly. In fact, both sisters are emotional wrecks in the preview for next week’s episode.  I can’t understand how Heidi can just stand by and let this all happen.  How can she let Spencer treat Holly like that?  I don’t get it.

Spencer must be brainwashing Heidi and threatening her as well.  L&S got the inside scoop on what’s really going on in that house of their in The Hills.  (See photo below.)  Apparently, Heidi isn’t allowed to leave the house.  She is under lockdown with a guard keeping her trapped inside the messy house.  They have four dogs that aren’t house trained and Heidi is forced to clean up their messes.  Spencer has a Marine friend living with them now.

“It’s true, I do have a Marine in the house.  He’s helping me write a script. And yes, we’ve been out of the house only three times this month, but that’s because I’m busy working on several business ventures,” Spencer says.

Business ventures?!  Really?  Like anyone will ever want to do business with Spencer Pratt. He’s a lunatic!  I mostly feel awful for Heidi’s family.  She used to be a sweet girl from Colorado who had a great relationship with her mom and sister.  Look at them now.  It’s crazy.  It’s sad.  It’s WRONG.  What Spencer Pratt is doing is nothing short of ABUSE.

When is baby number 3 happening for Tori Spelling and her sweet hubby, Dean McDermott?  Well, according to Dean,

“Not just yet.  I gotta give mama a rest. She has been pregnant for two years. We just want to enjoy the time we have with the ones we have now. A third one adds a whole different crazy to the mix. We definitely want a third.”

Tori and Dean just renewed their vows for their fourth wedding anniversary.  This was just what they needed to get their relationship back where it should be.

Why am I not surprised?  Soon to be ex Gossip Girl, Taylor Momsen loves knives.  In fact, she finds them to be therapeutic.  Huh?  Yes, it helps her to “relax” when she flicks her switchblades open.

First that’s just weird for a young female to carry around switchblades.  It’s dangerous!  Second, great job TSA.  I feel so much safer knowing that you threw away my bottle of shampoo but let Taylor Momsen and who knows who else carry multiple switchblades onto a plane!

Matt Lauer’s affairs seem to have taken off while he was in Canada covering the Winter Olympic Games.  While he wasn’t on camera, Lauer was in the bars with female Canadian broadcasters.

Tyra Banks has announced plans to write a book.  A fantasy book.  About models.

I know… I’m sorry.  But it’s evidently true.  It’s called Modelland, which is where the action takes place.  A group of friends get mysteriously transported to Modelland, “where dreams come true and life can change in the blink of a smoky eye.”  There they meet the intoxibellas, “drop-dead beautiful, kick-butt fierce and, yeah, maybe they have some powers too.”

Why, Tyra, WHY?? (And what were you inhaling when you dreamed that up???!)

“As you might know, I step into a bookstore and I shake (really!) because I love books so much.”

No, I didn’t know, and I didn’t need to know.   So who’s going to read Modelland?

Can you believe it?  We are down to our 2010 American Idol FINAL THREE tonight!  Last night we got to see out Top 4 mentored by Jamie Foxx who was hilarious and did really well with each of them. They sang hit songs from movies that were real hits with the judges, but I enjoyed them!

The highlight of the night was Lee Dewyze and Crystal Bowersox singing a duet.  LOVED it!  They looked and sounded like true professional artists.  Amazing.  Both of them have huge careers in front of them, win or lose Idol.

American Idol – Casey James History In Jail (MUGSHOT)

Things are really down to the wire and it’s really tough to tell who will be going home.  I really think Crystal and Lee will be safe.  Casey and Mike might need to be worried.  If I had to guess and or bet, I’d say Casey James is going home tonight.  I did enjoyed his performance a lot last night.  But overall, I think it’s his time.

UPDATE RECAP:

Fantasia kicked off the show, then they went straight to the Ford commercial.  That was dull.  Then we got a look back, at some of the former Idol finalists’ hometown trips.  That was cool.  I love it when they go home and get all that love.

All four of the contestants’ families were up on stage, sharing the pressure.

Casey was teh first to be in the Top 3.  Yes, I was a little surprised.  Okay.  A lot surprised.

Then we got an awesome performance from Daughtry.  LOVED it!

Lee was the next one that was safe and in the Top 3!  Yes!  I am beyond happy!

Bon Jovi rocked the stage, leaving Big Mike and Crystal stressing on the side.  Can I just say that I will always love Jon Bon Jovi.  Never gonna get sick of that man.  Legendary I tell ya.  He can be my Superman anytime….

Then Big Mike was sent home and Crystal Bowersox was sent to the Top 3.

Exactly like I hoped/expected it to be.  Congrats to the Top 3! Go Lee!!
