Hayden Panettiere made her appearance at the 2010 CMT Music Awards (winners list here) on the Blue Carpet Arrivals last night.   Wearing a very sexy dress that left just enough to the imagination to keep it classy, Hayden turned heads.  But even more so, her super short haircut made my eyes pop.

I loved her long hair, still loved it when she dyed it red.  But this…. I am not feeling it.  I miss her long hair!  But you tell me.. love it or hate?
