Lindsay Lohan didn’t have to go it alone this morning.  She had her former lawyer that quit on her, Shawn Chapman Holley by her side. I had a feeling she’d come through and I am glad that she did.

I am not sure which of this season’s Dr. Who stars I have the bigger crush on:  Karen Gillan (Amy) or Matt Smith (The Doctor).  But since there are no fun pictures of Matt out there right now, here’s Karen at the Veuve Clicquot Gold Cup Final polo match this weekend.  She evidently spent more time hanging with friends and sipping bubbly than taking in the sport, but I must admit that I’d be doing the same in her shoes.

Lindsay Lohan is all set to check herself outta the sober house and into jail tomorrow…. well, all except for the fact that she has no lawyer to represent her.  Yeah.  Another one just quit on her.  Talk about a hose job!  Robert Shapiro met with Lilo’s judge this afternoon around 4pm to inform her that he would not be representing her any further.  Quitter!  Huh!?  That is low.  What on earth could Lindsay have done in the last 24 hours to deserve that?

So is it just me?  Or does anyone else wonder why Paris Hilton has come out to support Lindsay Lohan?  The two used to be party pals and now that Lilo is about to head into the same slammer that Paris was once locked up at, you’d think Paris would put aside any differences they had and give the girl some good ‘ole moral support.

Rachel Uchitel is the latest celeb to sign on for Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew.  Initially she turned down the offer.  But when Dr. Drew gave hew a personal visit, he was able to persuade her to do the show to kick her pill popping ways.  Come to find out, Rachel is infatuated with Dr. Drew and that is why she ended up saying yes.

Oh and did I mention, VH1 doubled their offer to $500k for her to sign on?  Yeah, girl gets her got and a half mil.  Nice.
