Friday afternoon at the Hurley Walk teen fashion competition in Huntington Beach, Lauren Conrad (The Hills) got an unexpected marriage proposal.  But it wasn’t by her boyfriend, Kyle Howard.

A random guy wrote, “LC, Marry Me” on his back.  Nice try guy.  I think Lauren is quite content with Kyle and she’s in no hurry to get married.

But hey, he got his 10 seconds of fame.  Sure we don’t know him from Adam.  But we are talking about him.  Cute.
