Hollywood actor MICHAEL DOUGLAS is preparing to undergo cancer treatment after doctors discovered a tumour in his throat.
A representative for the Wall Street star reveals the 65 year old will receive eight weeks of radiation and chemotherapy sessions but he is expected to make a full recovery.
And Douglas, who is married to actress Catherine Zeta-Jones, is confident he will soon be back to full health.
In a statement to People.com, Douglas says, “I am very optimistic.” (MT/WNWCPL/KL)
