Heidi Montag was spotted wearing surgical tape over her nose, making people think that she had a third nose job.  So naturally she had to defend herself, why would she want people to think she would ever have excessive plastic surgeries?!  Hmmmmm…..

Heidi Montag Jumps On Board For Release of Her Sex Tape

Heidi went to L&S to clear the air on the taped nose,

“Except for filming and a few photo shoots, I’ve had my nose tape on 24 hours a day since November.  It takes a year for your nose to heal. This is just the first photo that anyone has seen of it.  The last time I didn’t wear tape after surgery and my nose changed shape.  The tape is supposed to keep the swelling down and hold my nose in place the way Dr. Ryan sculpted it. Dr. Ryan always said I was his best, most cautious patient, and I’m not taking any chances now that he’s gone. I don’t want my face to fall off like Michael Jackson’s.”

Wow.  That was a bit low.  But whatever.  Heidi didn’t have another surgery.  I think she’s holding out for the breast implant removal/downsizing.  I am glad that she’s getting it done, I just wish she’d think before she acts for once.
