There is a new TV Guide survey that has tallied up all of TV’s highest paid stars and shockingly, Kate Gosselin made her way up top. Kate makes a shocking $250,000 per episode for TLC’s Kate Plus 8.

I don’t know what I thought she made, but that is a whole lotta dough.  And hey, it’s a good thing… .she’s got 8 kids to raise…. on her own.

The former Bachelor winner, Mary Delgado still hasn’t learned how to behave herself.  Her latest run in with the law happened on August 12 when she was arrested for driving under the influence in Tampa, Florida.  Mary even refused the blood-alcohol test.  She made her $500 bail and split.

Not that Jennifer Lopez was officially signed on to be the next new judge on American Idol or anything.  But, she was pretty much there. Then she went all diva and Idol changed their minds.  Somehow all of that didn’t surprise me in the least.

So I was hoping that Fox would consider going back to the idea of Jessica Simpson.  She’s sweet, has a music background, and somewhat channels Paula Abdul.  So how could they go wrong?

Well, not that she’s not a good choice too, but Idol talk is that they are thinking about going with Shania Twain. Yes, she would be a great choice.  She was a hit as a guest judge and then mentor last season.  So yeah, I can see her on there.  Just not next to Steven Tyler.  Somehow Jessica Simpson would look better there.

Not to be outdone by his ex-finace DeAnna Pappas and her recent engagement,  Jesse Csincsak proposed to former Bachelor contestant, Ann Lueders on August 6 on an island on Lake Erie, Put In Bay.  She of course said yes and the happy couple already has wedding plans underway.

The Big Brother 12 house is about to change, big time.  Tonight is eviction night and unless something crazy happens in the next couple of hours, Rachel will be heading home without her love, Brendon.

The showmance of the century failed at the HOH and POV competitions and are left on the block, one destined for the big eviction.  I do believe that most of America will be more than happy to see the couple split up.  And I can already see the rest of the house guests throwing a party once Rachel is out the door.  But you know what I would love?  If Brendon wins HOH and has a little fun making someone else sweat.  Sure, I think that Rachel and Brendon went over the top from the get go.  But, I am a sucker for sweet love and well, they really do seem to be sincere.

I loved seeing Jeff and Jordan last night too.  I am so happy that they are still together!  How cute was Jordan talking about rings?!  I love it!  Can’t wait for them to tie the knot and make beautiful babies.

Yesterday news broke that The Bachelorette’s DeAnna Pappas is officially engaged to Stephen Stagliano.  Now we are getting our first look at DeAnna’s amazing engagement ring.

Stephen found the gem at Kings Jewelers in the Boston area.  Great taste mister!   I love it!

DeAnna has continued to share her joys with her fans via Twitter:
