Judge Marsha Revel has removed herself from the Lindsay Lohan case after allegations the judge improperly contacted people involved in the case, according to TMZ.

So it looks like Revel poked her nose in a bit too far and thought she had the right to make all the decision making for Lilo’s rehab.

It’s because of Revel that Lindsay was supposed to go to the Morningside Recovery rehab facility but Lilo’s lawyer is the one who pushed for UCLA.

The D.A.’s Office said that the prosecutor, Danette Meyers is the one who objected Judge Revel remaining on the case.  Revel voluntarily removed herself before Meyers could file the legal papers to have her removed.

Judge Elden Fox is the new judge on the case.  Who knows how that will go….

Good grief.  I mean really Jennifer Lopez.  Did you have to get all diva before the show even began filming?  Sources have revealed that J. Lo and her diva attitude got the better of the people at FOX and they decided to let her go,

“Her demands got out of hand,” says the source. “Fox had just had enough.”

I am actually glad that it happened now.  The last thing that American Idol needs is drama from Jennifer Lopez because she wants to be the star, the center of the show.  It’s supposed to be about the talent on the show.  Not some egomaniac judge.

Well done Fox.  Now I say go get Bret Michaels or Jessica Simpson.

Hello! (August 17th, 2010) has published the official wedding photos of newlyweds Robbie Williams and Ayda Field.  The pair were married in a surprise ceremony this weekend in Beverly Hills.

Robbie told the magazine that he’s one lucky fellow:

‘Ayda looked the most beautiful girl in the world. The setting was so magical and to be surrounded by family and close friends and then see Ayda appear looking so radiant was almost too much for me to take. I’m the happiest man alive.  She makes me want to be a better person. And in the process, I have become a better person.’

Awwwwww, so cute.  They look like they really enjoyed their wedding day.  Congratulations Robbie and Ayda!

A rep for American Idol, Fantasia Barrino has confirmed to TMZ that Barrino was rushed to Carolinas Medical Center-Pineville last at about 8:55 pm night  for a “medication overdose.”

Her condition is not life threatening but it hasn’t been determined whether or not she overdosed on purpose or not.  Personally speaking, after the whole sex tape scandal erupted (details here), I wouldn’t be surprised if this was a suicide attempt.

One Tree Hill’s Jana Kramer married Johnathon Schaech on the fourth of July….. this fourth of July.  But things went south fast. Only weeks into wedded “bliss” the unhappy couple has decided to call it quits.

Kramer’s rep told E!,

Last night was the season finale of Last Comic Standing 7 which crowned  Felipe Esparza as the big winner.  He won the $250,000 cash prize and the NBC talent deal.

Naturally when Esparza was asked about the big win, he said,

“Good. Awesome.”

The runners up were Tommy Johnagin, Roy Wood, Jr., Mike DeStefano, and Myq Kaplan.

Congrats to Felipe for the W and to the rest of the crew…. well done, good laughs, and best of luck to you in the future……

How much do you love it when you get an attack of the giggles?  I adore it and wish it happened to me more often.  Laughter is the best medicine people.  Well, Bradley Cooper and Renee Zellweger got their dose of the giggles the other night when they were with friends in Malibu, leaving Nobu.  There must have been something really good in that dinner or the jokes were to die for.  Either way, it makes me laugh just looking at their faces.  Kind of reminds me of the outtakes at the end of movies…
