Portia de Rossi has filed papers in the L.A. Superior Court to change her name to Portia DeGeneres.  She married Ellen DeGeneres in 2008 and wants her name to reflect that.

Her new name will be Portia Lee James DeGeneres.  There is no reason that a court would have to deny the name change.  So an early congrats to Portia and Ellen DeGeneres!

Jennifer Aniston is another celebrity with a crazy stalker after her.  Thankfully, Jen just got a permanent restraining order against Jason Peyton (24) for ”laying in wait” for the actress recently while packing duct tape and a “sharp object.”

A judge in the Los Angeles Superior Court gave Aniston a protective order that sates Peyton must stay at least 100 yards away from her for the next three years.

This whack job drove across the country to marry Aniston (in his mind, his girlfriend) and had carved a giant love message on the side of his car about her.

Matt Damon played Tina Fey’s love interest during 30 Rock’s season finale (4th) and now he’s going to come back for more!

Katrina Bowden spilled the beans on Damon’s return,

“We don’t know what all of the surprises are going to be, but I can tell you that Matt Damon is coming back this season for some appearances.”

Well that is the best news I’ve heard in awhile.  I love me some Matt Damon and well, 30 Rock… rocks!
