James Otto and his beautiful wife Amy welcomed a beautiful baby girl, Ava Catherine Otto last night (Aug 24) in the Nashville area. She weighed in at 8 lbs., 2 oz. and is 19 1/2 inches long.

James talked to Us about the big arrival,

“We can’t believe Ava is finally here!  She is beautiful like her Mama and I am already wrapped around her tiny finger.  I am so grateful I made it home in time to be here for her arrival–it has truly already changed our lives.”

Judge Elden Fox has laid down some new ground rules for Lindsay Lohan now that she is a free woman once again.  If Lindsay fails and of her drug or alcohol tests or leaves the state of California without permission, she will go to jail for 30 days.

So here are the new rules:

- Reside at home until Nov. 1
- Random drug and alcohol testing twice a week
- Participate in psychotherapy a minimum of 4 days a week
- Attend behavior therapy sessions 2 times a week
- Attend a 12-step program

Angelina Jolie will be making her debut as a film director and screenwriter for a romance set in the 1992-95 Bosnian War era.  She is working with GK Films, the same one that did The Tourist with Jolie and Johnny Depp.

So much for Jolie taking time off to be a full time mom, right?  Like we believed that for a second!  It hasn’t been confirmed whether or not Jolie will act in the flick as well and no start date has been announced as of yet.

The Real Housewives of New Jersey’s Danielle Staub performed her single, Real Close on a New York TV station with Lori Michaels and it is awful.  All I can think after watching it is that Danielle is completely delusional.  It was so bad, I don’t know how they even go ton the show.  Obviously producers didn’t watch the performance in advance.  Even the backup dancers are wrong.

Heidi Montag is done with her oversized boobs and is ready to get them removed.  Her biggest issue?  Her plastic surgeon, Dr. Frank Ryan just died after crashing his car while texting. Yikes.

Heidi’s G size implants have made life very difficult for her petite frame.  She confided in L&S,

“I’m desperate to go back to normal.  I’m downgrading and going a little smaller, to a D or a double D. I have major anxiety about it. I was taking painkillers but they weren’t working so I stopped. It hurt either way.  I’m obsessed with fitness but it’s impossible to work out with these boobs,” she says.  It’s heartbreaking. I can’t live an everyday life.”

Montag loves working out and her dogs.  But with those ginormous boobs, she can’t even hug them or get her exercise in.

Yes, he did know the work he did.  And as a medical professional he let her undergo way too much all at once and now her life is essentially ruined.  Even if he were still alive, there is no going back.  If I was Heidi, I wouldn’t be wanting the man who did this to me to ever touch me again.  He had very poor judgement to let her think what she was doing was okay.  It obviously was not.

Montana Fishburne seems to be toning it down a bit.   Well, that is what this latest move feels like in the wake of her porn debut.  She just did the “nude” test for Playboy, according to TMZ.

Sources are saying the the full frontal photos were snapped before the sex tapes came out.  So, it could be considered a baby step towards the porn industry.
