I think the entire universe would love to know what is wrong with Spencer Pratt.  After watching multiple season of him on The Hills, spiraling downward into a complete imbecile… I really have wondered how an actual human being could behave like he does.

Crazed lunatic?  Yes.  Yes he is.  But why?  Well someone on Twitter asked him just that, and he answered:

“Early onset dementia. Also, feline diabetes. RT @madeleinedenha: what is wrong with you??”

Sure, Spencer thinks he is funny.  Always coming up with these sometimes quick, hysterical comebacks.  But, the truth is, it’s the truth!  I think that Spencer Pratt does have a mental illness.  I think that dementia could play a big part in his deranged world.  The feline diabetes is a bit much.  But, yeah.  I think that Spencer should be mentally evaluated and given some serious therapy.  I’m not talking marriage counseling either.
