Lindsay Lohan failed the court-mandated drug test last week. Lindsay’s probation terms clearly state that she will get 30 days in jail for a positive drug test.

D.A. spokesperson Sandi Gibbons told TMZ her office has not been “officially notified” of the test results and no court date has been set yet. Stay tuned. I see a whole new round of court ordered drama in the near future.

I’d also like to point out that even if Lindsay does get sent back to the slammer, she won’t be there for long. Think about it. She was already sentenced to 90 days and served 13ish. If she gets 30 this time, she will probably be there for 2 or 3.

Adam Lambert isn’t the first celebrity to go after a member of the paparazzi for crowding their space. Adam apparently didn’t like a certain photog and he went after his camera in Miami Beach yesterday.

Later that night, the photog went into the police department to file a report, accusing Lambert of misdemeanor battery. He claims that Lambert went after his backpack “where the camera was placed” … and “wrestled [the photog] to the ground forcefully.”
Funny thing is, the photog didn’t have a scratch on him for such a violent altercation and the police report notes that fact. Chances are this will turn into nothing.

The Price Is Right veteran, Bob Barker (86) was rushed to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center yesterday after he fainted at an L.A. area shooting range. While Barker was shooting, a witness says he fainted, collapsing to the ground.
Barker’s rep said that he had a reaction to a blood thinner medication. Bob was checked out and released from the hospital. Later on Bob realized that he was really dehydrated and that was likely what caused the episode.
Bob is resting comfortably at home now and plans to keep doing just that for a bit.

Lindsay Lohan is the cover girl for the October 2010 issue of Vanity Fair. I don’t know what other word to use besides stunning. Lindsay looks better than ever in this shoot. Completely classic, glamorous. I am impressed. This is a must have issue to be sure.

Shortly before reporting to Century Regional Detention Facility, Lohan posed for photographer Norman Jean Roy on board the Sovereign, where she talked to senior West Coast editor Krista Smith about Judy Garland, Grace Kelly, and the films she hopes will revive her once-dazzling career.
I think Lindsay is going to have one of the biggest comebacks in Hollywood history. She’s got all the potential one could want and I think that she is well aware of what it’s going to take to get there. In her interview she says,
“If I were the alcoholic everyone says I am, then putting a [SCRAM] bracelet on would have ended me up in detox, in the emergency room, because I would have had to come down from all the things that people say I’m taking and my father says I’m taking—so that says something, because I was fine. I think everyone has their own addictions and hopefully learns how to get past them,” she says, in an interview conducted one week before her jail time began. “I think my biggest focus for myself is learning how to continue to get through the trauma that my father has caused in my life.”
