Last night was the season finale of the debut season of Bachelor Pad.  The $250,000 prize was up for grabs and it was down to 3 couples.  In then end, after harsh criticism and questioning by the jury of sorts, Natalie Getz and David Good made it to the final round, beating out Kiptyn and Tenley, Elizabeth and Kovacs.

The power then shifted into their hands and they were forced to make the toughest decision of the game.  They had to make the choice on their own, individually to keep or share the money.  If one chose keep, and the other didn’t, the “keeper” would get all the money. If they both chose keep, no one would get it and the cash would be split between all the other houseguests. Two “share” signs meant they would split the cash.

The went into their deliberation rooms and made a very tough choice.  In the end, after Chris Harrison dragged it out FOREVER, they both revealed that they chose SHARE.  So they each get $125,000 and Kipyn and Tenley get each other.  Everyone wins!  Yay!

Crazy, insane season overall.  But I of course hope they do it again.  I am a sucker for that garbage.

No date has been released as to when George will start serving his time.  All in all, I think that he got a a pretty light sentence.  This guy is a repeat offender and he needs to get clean and stay that way.  I hope that his rehab program actually fixes him.

If I didn’t know this movie was from director Clint Eastwood I probably wouldn’t think it looks good, but I have a lot of faith in him. Clearly Eastwood has been contemplating death more and more as he’s gotten older.

Oprah kicked off her 25th and final season of her talk show on ABC yesterday (Sept 13) and she did it with a huge bang.  Oprah is always giving out really great gifts to her audience.  But this “gift” took the cake of all cakes.

And just for fun, Oprah also threw in a Motorola Smartphone for everyone.  Yeah, I think she did it.  Oprah finally outdid herself.

After spending a summer traveling, shopping and spending time with family, Emma Watson is back on campus at Brown University to start her sophomore year.

This movie looks like it’s going to be very good visually, but can they really bring this franchise back with a quality story after 27 years? Only MORE time will tell, look for it in theaters this December.

Here’s the poster for the upcoming film A Little Bit of Heaven starring Kate Hudson and Gael Garcia Bernal. What’s it about?

It’s a comedy about a guarded woman who finds out she’s dying of cancer, but when she meets her match, the threat of falling in love is scarier than death.

Not on the list of movies I want to see, but I know it’ll have an audience. In this day and age almost everyone has had some kind of encounter with cancer, it’s a subject that we can all relate to in some way. It’s good to have positive movies with this subject matter.
