The Howard Stern Show’s Robert Schimmel died last night in a Phoenix hospital after sustaining injuries in a car accident last week. His daughter was the driver and is still in the hospital in stable condition.
Robert was 60 years old.
Our thoughts and prayers go out to the Schimmel family during this horrible time.

Yesterday the reports broke that T.I. and his wife Tiny were busted for ecstasy (details here) and now we’ve got the mug shots to match. There will be an ongoing investigation for this case. Chances are pretty good that T.I. will be heading back to prison.

Chris Klein appeared in court this morning for his DUI back in June. This was Chris’ second DUI so he was sentenced to the minimum of 96 hours in jail… he already served it. Plus he checked himself into rehab for two months.

This all worked really well in his favor with the judge. Chris must also go to a standard alcohol education program, have an alcohol interlock device on his car in order to drive, and four years of probation.
Klein apologized to the judge saying,
“I apologize for my wrongdoing and I really appreciate the court giving me the opportunity to prove how seriously I took all of this.”

Some women enjoy being a glutton for punishment. That is exactly what Kat Von D is. She has to be. Falling in love with a serial cheater is never a good thing. But that’s what she’s doing with Jesse James. Somehow it doesn’t bother her that he is was of the worst kinds of cheaters out there and he moved on from Sandra Bullock in like 2.5 seconds.

Jennifer Lopez was supposed to be inked for American Idol already. But then reports were saying she went diva and they dropped her. Well, now all of that is being taken back and J. Lo is back at the negotiations table, ready to sign on the dotted line.
After smoothing out the final details, Jennifer should been signed on officially by next week.
