Despite what you might think given her legal woes, Lindsay Lohan doesn’t spend all her time snorting coke.  Sometimes she switches to meth.  JUST KIDDING!  She actually does work sometimes, and occasionally she does very well.  Case in point:  Lindsay’s modeling gig for Fornarina.  Here she is showing off their Fall/Winter 2010-2011 collection.  And I think she looks great!  Is it the styling?  The clothes themselves?  The Photoshopping?  I’m not sure, but it sure is nice to remember the old LiLo from time to time.

Lady Gaga wore a hideous dress made of nothing but raw beef and cooking string to the 2010 VMAs.  There was a lot of controversy, especially from animal rights activists.  Lady Gaga crossed the line for a lot of people.

So where is the dress now?  I assumed it was in a dumpster.  I mean hello.  It’s nasty, rotting meat right?  Nope.  Franc Fernandez designed it and he told E!,

“The dress will go through a process where it becomes a sort of ‘jerky.’ ”  It will be “archived” for posterity.  He told MTV Style that he used 50 pounds of meat and took 3 days to complete the design.  Naturally, he had to refrigerate it in between sessions.

“The meat dries out, rather than rotting.  But it shouldn’t be worn again.  There’s not going to be meat dresses in the future.  This was made for a specific purpose. It’s what it is.”

There shouldn’t have been one made in the first place.  So I am glad that we won’t be seeing another.  Then again, Lady Gaga seems to get more outrageous as the days pass, so what could be on her fashion agenda for next year’s VMAs?!

Katy Perry was lined up to be a guest on the 41st season of Sesame Street.  In fact, she and Elmo filmed a music spot with a cleaned up version of ‘Hot N Cold.’  This video leaked onto the web, which I believe was more of PBS testing the waters.  The backlash was too much for the children’s show and PBS pulled it.

Katy Perry is wearing a cleavage centered dress that parents found to be very offensive.  After receiving all the complaints, PBS gave this statement to Us:

“Sesame Street has a long history of working with celebrities across all genres, including athletes, actors, musicians and artists. Sesame Street has always been written on two levels, for the child and adult. We use parodies and celebrity segments to interest adults in the show because we know that a child learns best when co-viewing with a parent or care-giver. We also value our viewer’s opinions and particularly those of parents. In light of the feedback we’ve received on the Katy Perry music video which was released on You Tube only, we have decided we will not air the segment on the television broadcast of Sesame Street, which is aimed at preschoolers. Katy Perry fans will still be able to view the video on You Tube.”

I think it’s absurd that Sesame Street asks Katy Perry onto the show and doesn’t lay out the ground rules or give her a costume.  This is Katy Perry, haven’t they watched her videos?   I would be hurt if I was Katy.  But she took the rejection in stride Tweeting,

“I can totally tell you how to get to Sesame Street! I’ve been, Elmo & I hang out.”

Thank God SNL likes sexy, I’d be pissed if they decided Katy was too hot for the premiere this weekend!

Vienna Girardi was at the Bullets 4 Peace celebration for World Peace Day held at the W Hollywood Hotel.  Can you say beautiful?  Vienna has been harshly criticized for many things, including her looks.  I’d like to hear those critics talk now.  Vienna look amazing.

Shania Twain stole our hearts with her amazing voice and performances that could get anyone on their feet.  Her beauty inward and outward is stunning and now she’s ready to share all of that inward stuff.

Shania is writing a personal memoir, her first book.  She’s sharing with the world all the stuff that has made her the person she is today.  She said,
