Pamela Anderson looked really good at Vivenne Westwood‘s Spring/Summer 2011 show in London. I’m not even being sarcastic or snarky. For one thing she wasn’t wearing something white and/or see through. I like the graffiti motif on her dress and bag. It’s cute and the colors flatter her. Way to go Pam!

There is a new winner in town. Jeopardy has had some huge winners in the past. Remember Ken Jennings and his $2,520,700 winnings? And then the second place record holder, David Madden with $430,400?
Well, the latest big winner is Roger Craig (33) a University of Delaware grad student. Yesterday Roger set a record, winning $231,200 over a seven-day period.
“I was totally shocked,” he said. “It obviously helped by having set the highest single-game record and by my large Daily Double bets.”
Roger Craig has a lot of plans for his new found cash. Paying off student loans, charity, a new car, travel, and taste some gourmet food.
“I eat a lot of Ramen and pasta, so I’m hoping to treat myself to sushi more often,” he said.
Congrats to Roger Craig! Very impressive!

Japanese Immigration officials denied Paris Hilton entry into Japan because of her cocaine bust in Vegas. What? GIve me a break. How many criminals do they think come into their country everyday? Pathetic.
Brooke Mueller and Paris Hilton Co-Starring In New Reality Show – Huh?
I was completely annoyed yesterday when I found out that they were grilling Paris at the airport. Well they did it for a long 6 hours just to deny her.
Her rep said,
“Paris is very disappointed and fought hard to keep her business commitments and see her fans, but she is forced to postpone her commitments in Asia. Paris understands and respects the rules and laws of the immigration authorities in Japan and fully wishes to cooperate with them. Paris looks forward to returning in the future to a country she loves and has been coming to for the past 10 years.”
Paris definitely felt guilty leaving Japan without fulfilling her commitments,
“Going home now. So dissappointed to miss my fans in Asia. I promise to come back soon. I love you all! Love Paris xoxo.”
That’s big of her. I’d never go back. I’d say “screw you Japan!” Completely unrelated circumstances shouldn’t prevent one from travel. Not cool.

Detective Robert Goren is back baby. USA has renewed Law & Order Criminal Intent for it’s tenth and final season. The cherry on top is Vincent D’Onofrio. He is going to be the main man once again.

For all of the controversy Paris Hilton has been involved in lately, she sure does maintain her composure. The socialite never lets the bumps in her road pull her down. Paris just finished up her latest round in front of the judge for her cocaine bust down in Las Vegas. Then she was held up in Japan, being grilled for that drug bust as if it was any of Japan’s business. And would you look at her? She looks gorgeous and completely together.

Not that Weeds needs any fertilizer, it’s doing just fine on it’s own.. but Showtime has renewed it for another season. For me the happy news is that The Big C has been renewed for a second season.
If you haven’t watched it, you have to give it a try. The Big C is one of the greatest shows I’ve ever seen. Perhaps I am biased because I have had a lot of cancer in my life through the lives of many that I have loved, lost, and watch fight daily. Laura Linney is beyond brilliant. She makes me laugh and cry every episode. The rest of the supporting cast is perfection. WATCH THIS SHOW!
Thank you Showtime for bringing such an outstanding show into our world.

Last night was a great start to this season of Dancing With The Stars. I am excited to see all the stars grow as dancers. Jennifer Grey and Derek Hough made the top of the leader board and they were most definitely my faves for the night. So who’s in danger tonight? Who is going home tonight after only one chance on the dance floor?

If it was my choice, I’d send Michael Bolton back to the recording studio. He’s not made for this and I don’t think the season is nearly long enough to work out his rust.

UPDATE: Tonight David Hasselhoff was given his walking papers. No real surprise there. He just wasn’t cut out for this kind of competition. Best of luck to you, David! You made your girls proud!
